Had dinner at High Steaks with my wife on 11/28/2025
The service was impeccable, Food was well prepared, well presented and was very good overall. The views are incredible, The observation deck is a must, especially at night. I highly recommend High Steaks.

High Steaks Vegas offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and breathtaking views of the Vegas Strip from the 50th floor. The view is pretty spectacular and the best in town, even at night time, with a balcony to see the strip. The elevator ride features open glass looking out towards Allegiant Stadium.
The food is excellent and fantastic. Specific standout dishes include the perfect steak, amazing pasta, and the Prime Rib and Buffalo filet. Sides like the Scallopped Potatoes and Broccolini are cooked perfectly. Appetizers such as the candied bacon and stuffed mushrooms are amazing. For dessert, the Hummingbird Cake and Black Forest Piecaken are so good. The warm fresh bread comes with a tasty Mustard butter, though some find its flavor odd. The drinks are a must and the wine selection is incredible, with a delicious red blend noted, though some suggest more premium offerings by the glass.
Service is very attentive, friendly, quick, and better than most. Staff are knowledgeable of the menu, provide great suggestions, and are trained fairly well. The venue is lively and suits a party. The only minor issues mentioned involve occasionally finding the correct elevator and a lobster add-on being a bit overcooked. Overall, it is a great dining experience with a unique menu for a steak house, and many would definitely go back to try more.
