The Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas offers an authentic German dining experience with delicious food and very good beer. The portions are large, and the service is above average. The atmosphere is great and lively, creating a phenomenal environment with live music and games on stage. While the restaurant can get quite loud at times, it's a fun place to go and an excellent choice for an energetic outing. The jagerschnitzel was quite tasty, and the bavarian pretzel and sausage sampler tower is very good. It's consistently good, and a highly recommended destination for those seeking a taste of Germany in Las Vegas.
