We went on a Wednesday for lunch; it was quiet and service was super-speedy. Having eaten in Germany this is authentic cuisine. The Bratwurst was outstanding. Big plateful. I want to experience it on a Saturday night with the band playing and the beer flowing. I'll bet its a rowdy good time. A real Vegas gem.

Absolutely recommend this restaurant. Living in Germany for couple years its great to have some Authentic German food and beer here in Vegas. Definitely will be back with the family. Also Paul our waiter and the hostess (sorry I forgot her name) were awesome and made the birthday celebration special for my parents.

We had delicious food, wonderful service accompanied by a fabulous German band that not only played instruments but also performed Beethoven and Amazing Grace on the long “Ricola” horn pipes. Fin time for our group of 3 adults and a baby. The restaurant was very accommodating and all were on board to make sure the patrons had a great experience.

The Hofbräuhaus in Vegas is an authentic replica of the famous beer hall in Munich. We have visited Las Vegas every year for 30 years. There are many great restaurants in Vegas, but if you want to experience Munich with great food and authentic German music, visit the Hofbräuhaus. I have visited Germany and Munich dozens of times, and I feel like you are truly there.

Charged a new 3% house charge for “maintenance”. Left credit card behind by accident, it was then stolen and used fraudulently. Needless to say as a local who used to frequent - we won't be back.

Always a super fun night at the HB! Beer, pretzels, sausages, cabbage, apple bread pudding...all A+++++!!! The music adds to the festivities, and the service is always outstanding!

We were a party of four. Two of us ordered the chicken breast served with spaetzle. The chicken was so tough that we sent them back to the kitchen. The staff were quite willing to provide a solution and brought us two new plates of the same dish. The chicken was somewhat better, and the spaetzle were very good. Next time we'll play it safe and order a sausage!

The beer hall is loud but fun. We have seen that show before, so this time we opted for the beer “garden” - very nice! Indoors with a faux evening sky canopy and A/C. Much quieter and a great option when it's 108 degrees outside and you aren't craving a spanking.
