For those of you who may not be familiar with “Honey Pig BBQ” , it is a chain located throughout the U.S. They specialize in Korean BBQ cooked on top of a dome shaped Korean style grill and their signature dish is the bean sprout and Kimchee bibimbop made on top of the grill at the end of the meal. The restaurant located in Las Vegas did not disappoint. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive. Must tries are: signature pork belly, beef belly, brisket, steamed egg...
Went in trying to eat with my fiance and her daughter. There was only one server for the entire restaurant that night. Talk about being short staffed. But our server killed it in a good way. For being overwhelmed by herself, she only forgot a couple of small items that we requested, and she eventually got them to us. Not going into a huge food description cause it's k-bbq it's self explanatory.
