Great food and atmosphere, first visit, hidden to left of Palazzo entrance from inside, liked the atmosphere, less crowded than other restaurants in Palazzo and Venetian, food was great, service was good also but could have received more checks on table, had the sweet and sour pork , very good , lettuce wraps were good as well , hot tea pot was too large and hard to pour, spilled as well, hope to be back soon, thank you.
The restaurant received a poor rating due to a disappointing dining experience. While the service was decent, the food left much to be desired. The dim sum platter was overly wet and mushy, suggesting it had been improperly prepared, while the roasted duck was tough and nearly inedible, resulting in wasted food. Service is always great here. Makes up for the sometimes mediocre food. The dumplings aren’t good but the duck isn’t bad. The eggplant with salted fish and mapo tofu are a favorite every time and, although not on the menu, they always make me a steamed fish that I like. What makes this restaurant good though is the service.
