Honor BBQ is a fantastic spot for families looking to enjoy authentic Texas flavors. The standout item on the menu has to be the “Texas Twinkie”—a smoked jalapeño stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in crispy bacon. It’s an explosion of smoky, creamy, and savory goodness that you simply can’t miss! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with plenty of space for kids and a welcoming vibe for groups. The brisket and ribs are also top-notch, but the Texas Twinkie truly steals the show. If you’re craving great BBQ in a family-friendly setting, Honor BBQ is the place to go!

Overall 4 stars due to the bartender (friendly dude I forgot his name though) and the Texas Twinkies (cooked to perfection, melt in your mouth bacon, great filling).

The food was highlighted by the aforementioned Texas Twinkies and the corn bread which is an amazing value for the slab you recieve. Unfortunately though, I found most of the food mediocre at best- the pulled pork was chunky and did not pull apart easily. The Jalapeño cheddar sausage was bland and had the consistency of a hot dog (I'm not sure it was smoked). The brisket was over cooked and not very juicy (No classic smoke ring). It left me wondering if they even have a smoker which I'm guessing they don't. Everything almost felt like it came off a grill and some things almost tasted a little too liquid smokey for my liking. The sauce was adequate and the fries and mac and cheese were solid a 6.5-7/10. Probably won't go back unless changes are made in cooking process.

Food was good. Best brisket in las vegas.
Y'all need to do some advertising though. If John Mulls can have a line out the door with subpar food and horrible service you should be at 200% capacity at all time.

We finally ate at this place after it opened. It was a Mexican resturant and that place was horrible. I'm glad we had our family lunch at Honor BBQ. They treated us like family, took care of us and our little 4 legged friend. Food was awesome and price was perfect. 6 of us piged out and it was only 180 bucks!! That included 2 rounds of beers. We will be coming back weekly for our afternoon lunch dates. Thank god you guys opened. FYI--for my military brothers and sisters thay offer a discount!!

People that say it is the best barbecue they ever had must not have eaten much barbecue. We ordered from Uber eats and it was okay. The brisket was juicy, but I wish I had tasted the sauce before I poured some on. It tastes like straight up vinegar. The macaroni and cheese had a very satisfying consistency, but lacked flavor. The "banana" pudding was not very good. I mostly enjoyed the corn bread and the garlic bread was good too. Probably won't order again. One time was enough.

Stopped in this afternoon for some by the pound bbq.

Pulled pork- salty, fatty and fairly bland

Chopped brisket- should been called chopped fat.

Sausage link- pretty decent.

OG bbq sauce- wayyyy too much of a smoked flavor for me. Took 20 min for a to go order with no one in the restaurant

Honor BBQ is a neighborhood BBQ spot located at the main entrance of the Mountains Edge Community.

Upon entering, the hostess was friendly, and sat us promptly. We were quickly greeted by the waiter, and went over some items on the menu. We took advantage of the bar, and ordered a couple cocktails, and started with the fried deviled eggs. The eggs were nothing spectacular, but I dont think much flavor is gained from frying a boiled egg. There is probably a better deviled egg recipe that would represent the BBQ pallet. For the main course we decided on 2 meats and 2 sides to share. The choices were sliced brisket, jalapeño Cheddar sausage link, street corn, and sweet potatoes fries. All the food was great. The sausage was one of the best I've had, and the brisket was full of flavor and moist. I particularly don't care for biscuits a whole lot, but the biscuits here are amazing. I'm going to say it was some type of Cheddar biscuits, but not sure on the recipe. I didn't have room for Desert, but planning on stopping in to just get some pie and a coctail at the bar.

My only criticism would be that this place didn't have the BBQ smell inside. I feel like that smell of BBQ smoke, wood burning, sets the mood, and gets cravings going for some BBQ.

There are TVs present so you can have dinner, and not miss the big Game.

This would have been a five-star review. However, my pulled pork was so salty. I couldn't even eat it. The brisket was delicious. I didn't eat the whole thing. I just tasted a piece of it and the barbecue sauce and coleslaw were good as well. Hopefully they cut down on the salt for the pulled pork. I felt like I poured a salt shaker in my mouth.
