Very good food and very welcoming staff. My wife and I gave it a try based on the recommendation of someone who eats there often. Very glad we tried it. We’ll be back again for sure. Five stars!
One of my favorites in Las Vegas over the past 4 years. Contrary to the very infrequent critical review, the quality of fish is indeed some of the freshest I’ve ever seen before.
The chefs are extremely dedicated to the quality of dish they release, and the service staff is very prompt.

Bluebei Sushi & Grill offers fresh and delicious food, fantastic service, and a great ambiance. The Shrimp fried rice, Golden California roll, and Red Devil sushi roll are customer favorites. The restaurant has low lighting, creating a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is very nice, though service can sometimes be hit or miss. The male manager is kind, professional, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The food is phenomenal, and the servers are knowledgeable about food allergies, offering recommendations to avoid gluten and mayo-based sauces. Bluebei remains a go-to spot for sushi lovers.
