Houston TX Hot Chicken

We were on our way to Bojangles chicken when we saw the big Red Chicken for the newly opened Houston TX Hot Chicken. my husband asked if we should try it, I said why not try something new, we got inside and when looking at the menu I was a little put off at the price for three tender meal. but we both ordered it, I really like how I can customize each tender to be a different flavor or all one flavor, but still the price was an issue for me. The customer service was great, we got our drinks and our food was brought to us, when I saw the size of the tenders I realized why they were the price they were, these things are big, not Bojangles, Zaxby's, or Raising Cane's size these are double if not triple the size and they were all white meat, not that off white, beige color some of the other places have. I could only eat one and brought the other two home, the fries were hot a crispy crinkle cut fries with a seasoning on them just perfect. HHC will be our new Go to for Chicken. My only issue was the meals do not come with a drink. other than that everything else was on point.

I picked up an order today that my husband placed online. So he told me the order no. When I got there I had to wait a bit and there was an employee in the counter named Kadence and she seems like I bothered her handing me my order. And to top it off, she didn’t even bother to check if the order was right and of course I didn’t get my drinks which are 2 large frozen flavored lemonade. So when I got home, my husband was aggravated because I didn’t have the drinks. You would think that all this employees will bother to check if every orders are correct. So I called and spoke to the Manager, Sebastian who’s very apologetic with what happened. And I told him that since he’s the manager, I told him all the employees at least in that location need more training. It’s really aggravating when they get your order wrong. And my husband ordered the medium heat and there’s barely heat in it. The whole experience was just very disappointing

I had an incredible experience at this new location, and I wanted to specifically commend the top-tier customer service provided by Sebastian and Israel. They were both incredibly helpful and polite, making my visit truly enjoyable. The ambiance was also fantastic—the music was great, and the entire restaurant was spotless and very clean.

A special shout-out is also needed for the cook, Enrique, who delivered a perfect, crispy chicken. His attention to detail made the meal a definite highlight. Overall, this is a 10/10 experience, and I will absolutely be recommending this place to all my family and friends.

Went to the Blue Diamond location and had a great experience! Sebastian was at the register and gave us excellent service friendly, patient, and really helpful with the menu. The food came out fresh, hot, and flavorful just like we hoped. Definitely recommend this location, and big shoutout to Sebastian for making the visit even better!

Can't say enough a out this place. Spic n span clean. All of the employees were friendly. Sebastian took our order and was very pleasant/professional. Both Sebastian and another crew member came to ask how everyone was. Every table!! Really shows they care. Food was amazing. The only disappointment is they aren't in our town of Phoenix. Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing. The food is bomb, the customer service is top notch and it's so clean!
We walked in and were immediately greeted by a kid named Sebastian. He was super friendly and helpful when we had questions!
Then as we were enjoying the food, Sebastian and another person came up and asked how the food and everything was...that is great customer service!
