So I was a little worried about how my night was going to go when the ticket holder said they could not deliver my tickets but they upgraded us to the Hyde Lounge. Coming from out of town we didn't really understand if that was good or bad. Turned out really good because of calling the lounge with my concerns and Justin at the front taking amazing care of us!
