We had a wonderful experience here at the ihop. the manager is wonderful and so is the staff. The manager actually handmade my oatmeal. The waitress was very good and the cooks are excellent.

I dined in today for my anniversary with my partner expecting a good dining experience but I was wrong. The server I had was a sweetheart HOWEVER, the stores general manager Desirae is absolutely awful from what I hear. My server told us that there was no actual napkins to use because Desiree the manager did not want to order any actual sanitary ones, instead the manager saved the money for herself.So we had to use Toilet paper which was gross and almost gone in the bathrooms because it seemed the whole restaurant was using toilet paper as there was nothing else. Furthermore I ordered an omelet and it was said by the server that it would be missing peppers, avocado, onion, and sour cream and my server said that it was because they where out of supplied due to mismanagement from her manager.For the price we pay to come to ihop you would think we’d at least get bare minimum but that was not the case. I basically just ate a plain omelet with cheese and still had to pay the same price. Which is unfair and not okay, especially when I took my partner out here to Las Vegas to make good memories, not bad ones about our terrible dinning experience.I also had coffee and there was no cream available at all. It was Ridiculous, four dollars for nothing.Honestly don’t come to this store. I’m telling everyone how awful it is, you’re better off making your own food or eating at a better restaurant that is not ihop. I regret this dinning experience as I was looking for something comfortable, reliable, and affordable and that was not found.The atmosphere of the restaurant screams unprofessional and uncaring from the managers. Which seems it’s then being taken out on the servers which is impacting their service for me.

I took my son's to eat at this place we order our food , bacon was burned, hash browns were hard my son's breakfast sandwich fell apart, he couldn't eat it. Chicken tenders looked hard, omelet had hard ham, pancakes were cold .Waitress brought us empty ketchup bottles ,her service wasn't good. This was one of my favorite places to eat but their service is not as good as it use to be so disappointed .still end up paying $73.69 for food we didn't eat. ☹️
Bill was $70+ , Mother's eggs were under cooked, hashbrown & bacon burned.. Toast not even toasted just bread.. My omelet, egg & ham were under cooked.. something was crunching probably the ham, and 2 pancakes were cold and mangled. Both brothers got tenders and those too were cold and looked like they came from a microwave.. Not once were we approached by a waiter to see if everything was ok. Paid the entire bill and wasn't offered a discount since we left all the food. Definitely won't be back to IHOP...
