My family and I have been coming to this ihop for the longest time. On our most recent visit, there wasn't many customers in the store and things seemed to be a bit slower. Service was still stellar and Ms. Karen explained that there was a shortage of staff. She took wonderful care of us despite the circumstances and left us feeling happier than when we'd entered the establishment. Food was well done with no complaints on the cooking and the seating areas were clean!
