First of all, whenever you walk up to the Gelato, the presentation is beautiful and the taste follows. My wife and I got two mediums with two different flavors, vanilla bean and espresso for one and strawberry and passionfruit for the other. The vanilla bean is surprisingly strong and flavorful. The passionfruit is a strong tart refreshing flavor. It took me back to our trip in Panamá. I would definitely recommend if your looking for something refreshing and delicious!

Sooo delicious! The gelato caught our eye while walking through and we had to get some. I got espresso and vanilla bean and my husband got passion fruit and strawberry. They were both wonderful! Definitely recommend 😋

We recently visited the Italian café and ice cream shop, Illy Caffè, and were pleasantly surprised by their offerings. The pistachio and coconut ice creams were absolutely delicious, with rich, authentic flavors that were a treat to our taste buds. This cozy café is a fantastic spot to take a short break and refresh yourself, especially during the warm summer months. If you’re looking for a delightful and satisfying experience, Illy Caffè is definitely worth a visit!

The coffee wasn't that bad. It is already known that coffee in America is very large and watery.
Illy Café serves coffees. Right? Espresso. Cappuccino. You know the drill. Imagine going to an Illy and all you can get is Gelato. Good gelato for sure. But some of the famous and usually awesome Illy Café. Nope. Not today. Not after morning. Perhaps the manager might learn from this little upstart place called Starbucks. People want coffee all day long! Surprise!

The barista was very rude. I wanted just two shots over ice as a pick me up and instead she gave me two americanos? When I told her I only wanted one (because it was clear she didn’t understand my basic order so I just accepted I was getting an americano) she scoffed at me and said “I literally asked you”. The prices don’t make sense for two americanos it was $8 something but when she took one of the americanos off the bill it was $5? Overall bad experience and as a barista myself she should’ve been able to understand basic orders let alone kindness Of customer service

It says they open at 10. We got there at 9:58 and waited while looking at the coffee menu as the female Hispanic lady was getting ready. There were 2 other employees but none of them mentioned anything in regards to them opening soon. When it was 10, the same Hispanic lady said, "you know we are close." I reminded her it says they open at 10. She then said, "we open at 10:15."
I've been there numerous times in the past and had no issues. But now I know why their rating is like 2.7.
I don't know if the owner cares, but the employees need to be properly trained to greet the customers. The McDonald's downstairs had a better customer service.
