We recently visited the Italian café and ice cream shop, Illy Caffè, and were pleasantly surprised by their offerings. The pistachio and coconut ice creams were absolutely delicious, with rich, authentic flavors that were a treat to our taste buds. This cozy café is a fantastic spot to take a short break and refresh yourself, especially during the warm summer months. If you’re looking for a delightful and satisfying experience, Illy Caffè is definitely worth a visit!

Illy Café serves coffees. Right? Espresso. Cappuccino. You know the drill. Imagine going to an Illy and all you can get is Gelato. Good gelato for sure. But some of the famous and usually awesome Illy Café. Nope. Not today. Not after morning. Perhaps the manager might learn from this little upstart place called Starbucks. People want coffee all day long! Surprise!

The barista was very rude. I wanted just two shots over ice as a pick me up and instead she gave me two americanos? When I told her I only wanted one (because it was clear she didn’t understand my basic order so I just accepted I was getting an americano) she scoffed at me and said “I literally asked you”. The prices don’t make sense for two americanos it was $8 something but when she took one of the americanos off the bill it was $5? Overall bad experience and as a barista myself she should’ve been able to understand basic orders let alone kindness Of customer service

It says they open at 10. We got there at 9:58 and waited while looking at the coffee menu as the female Hispanic lady was getting ready. There were 2 other employees but none of them mentioned anything in regards to them opening soon. When it was 10, the same Hispanic lady said, "you know we are close." I reminded her it says they open at 10. She then said, "we open at 10:15."
I've been there numerous times in the past and had no issues. But now I know why their rating is like 2.7.
I don't know if the owner cares, but the employees need to be properly trained to greet the customers. The McDonald's downstairs had a better customer service.

Bad service. A small is two scoops but they won’t let you get two flavors. Absolutely terrible polices. No samples. What place doesn’t let you try the flavors before buying it. Absolutely great gelato though, definitely recommend.
At your planet Hollywood, Vegas LOCATION: after waiting for about 10mins in line, the rude lady said icecream to be ordered from outside, then she started taking orders for icecreamFrom people behind us, we waited outside for 15 mins because the kid wanted it and when we called her again, she said wait if you want or go outside. the 5 year old and us stillDonot understanding why others got ice cream and we did not.

Visited Illy on the expectation that the coffee would be better than other coffee chains. It wasn't. Average coffee served in paper cups looking nothing like the pictures on the menu. But good pastries.

Go put $17 in slots, more rewards than 2 coffees made poorly. Coffee bitter. Can’t make an 8 oz flat white in a 12oz cup. Garbage. Must be a decent coffee place somewhere in Vegas.
