In-N-Out Burger offers exceptional burgers that people line up for, but some find the fries disappointing. The restaurant impresses with delicious double cheeseburgers, real potato fries, and shakes. The staff is described as wonderful and pleasant, working hard to provide a great experience. Recently, the new location has maintained the same high standards, with juicy, perfectly cooked burgers made from fresh ingredients. The fries are best enjoyed Animal Style, and the shakes remain thick and creamy. The atmosphere is fresh and clean, with fast service even when busy. Customers praise the friendly employees, including one who was respectful, nice, and helpful. The restaurant also offers a protein Burger without the buns and is reasonably priced. Many appreciate the friendly people working there and the overall great food, making it a place worth visiting for both longtime fans and newcomers. However, some suggest improvements could be made to the drive-thru process and providing mist coolers for employees working in hot weather.
