The service was fantastic but the food was truly terrible. Burnt buns (literally black, crispy, hard), dry meat, cold fries that were overdone and underdone at the same time?? I love in n out but this location just missed the mark.

It was good out in Texas but just had it in vegas and it was meh. Burgers were super thin like McDonald's burgers. Took long to get my order and people who ordered after me recieved their orders before me. Fries and burgers were cold. Animal style is overrated.

Definitely going down hill. Nothing special anymore. Won't go back.
Received my food and left, I didn't have time to look at it, grab it, and left. I had an hours drive ahead, so when I reached to grab it first thing, I noticed it was cold. Anyway, after eating my cheese burger I didn't eat anything else. The fries were cold too, so when I arrived at home through the remainder away. I got extremely sick this night and all day the next day. I like in and out but will not go back to this location.

Seriously very disappointed. Just flew in from Illinois and this is the 1st place I wanted to go for food. Hadn't had IN-N-OUT in years. Our whole order was messed up and cold. Not impressed at all.

Huge line wrapped around the parking lot and they have people just pull in and cut the line and don’t care. Why even have a line?!! They need to figure out there parking lot line.
