What a disappointment!Despite the name had to wait ages for food.Bottom bun was rock solid.Burger patty was waver thin.Only one size option for fries which were drowned in salt.Meant to be cheap fast food but can find better sandwich options even on the strip!

Once again awful burgers! Stopped by after work around 1030 last night. The drive through took about 20mins with only 6 cars ahead of me. My order 2 double double animal style and 2 pup patties. When finally getting to window to collect order the young lady hands me my order in the cardboard box they put food in the place on trays to eat inside restaurant. I ask if they no longer put them in go bags. She responded with thought you were eating in your car and reluctantly went and bagged up my order. On arriving home 5 mins away we found our food cold not animal style but worse the buns were really burned black and this is not the first time. The burgers were terrible and bread being burned and dried out from that we really could not enjoy our $14 meal. Our dogs had the best food just plain meat patty so i gave 2 stars. For our burgers there would be no stars. Thats the last time I will go there. The food is so hit and miss more miss than hit. We won't return. I hate writing bad reviews for any business but sadly this was terrible When you use drive thru your stuck because you are now home when you find out your meal is wrong and bad. The service at pick up window left a lot to be desired. I can only review my own personal experince from last night.

This team have their act together like a well oiled machine. From the moment you pull up the team take your order and are so kind. They've hired great friendly staff that represent In n Out very well. I also like that they take large bills. I usually go to the bank and are given larger bills, and they have no problem accepting them. When picking up my food, the team greet me with a smile. I go through this In n Out as it's the closest since I live in Summerlin. I get the unsalted beef patties, unsweetened ice tea ( carnivore diet) and sometimes the Flying Dutchman ( 2pieces of meat with cheese). My roomate loves their fries extra crispy very little salt and it's always made to perfection. The burgers are great as well. I've always heard how people love this fast food business, and saw the massive line. I see now why. This is where I go when I'm on the Carnivore Diet. Thank you In n Out for always a great experience, and for the loyal customer Gift Card
