On Tuesday at aroud 12:20am past by the drive thru and got a combo 13 a home style ranch and two tacos when I stared eat the sandwich was hard then I notice the the chicken sandwich was raw I went back to telling them and the lady on the drive thru didn't even apologized . She asked my if I wanted more food and i said not she gave me a refund for the sandwich .not great service at all

Order 4 tacos and a large curly fry. Tacos were sub par compared to some other Jack locations. Curly fries were burning my mouth hot and delicious. Employee was very nice.

I come here almost all the time, and every time I do they forget something. I'm only leaving a review this time because whoever was going my order has me repeat myself 3 times and when finally getting to the window, she seemed pretty high and still forgot something. It's getting irritating, do better. **Had to edit my review because they overcooked the chicken on the sandwich and it was inedible.

For the second time in a row, came to this Jack in the Box and they forget my entire chicken tender order. It’s late and I’m tired! I paid $36 for 3 meals annd I missed half of the dang protein and offff course no reciept!
SKIP THIS JAVK IN THE BOX AND GO TO THE ONE ON TROP AND SANDHILL. WAAAAAAY BETTER.

24 hours store can't take orders for 30 min

They made me and 2 cars in front of me pull to the front after we ordered and paid. I waited for 15 minutes before I gave up and walked into the place and asked where my food was.It still wasn't ready. I finally got it and left. The 2 cars in front of me were still waiting. I only ordered 2 tacos and French fries. How long should that take!!!

I usually make my way to this location because the two ladies are always nice during day hours. Today I decided to go through the drive thru at 6:55pm. Roberto took my order and was rude from the start. He asked me to park because it’s a $45 order and I refused because they tend to take very long when they park cars. I asked for my three milk shakes to be made last so that they wouldn’t just sit there and melt. When they tried to hand me the shakes all whipped cream was melted and he said “yes its melted because I made them first since you didn’t want to park” so I kindly asked them to remake them for me which he refused then I asked one more time stating I was the customer and his answer was “ you are being a difficult ass customer I’m not remaking them” “you are a grown women asking for shakes to be remade” “ not every customer is like you”. I simply gave them the food back and asked for a refund which took him another 10mins while I am still in the drive thru and now there are other customers being held up. I asked for his name and he rudely gave it to me and even made sure to spell it out for me out loud. I get that sometimes you may not want to do something or things like remaking shakes gets them upset but customer service should always be important.
update:
I did contact them through the website as the owner instructed down below. I got an email from a representative stating the owner would contact me and I have yet to receive an email or call from this owner .

I try to get something on the way home from work between 3:30 and 4:30 and they always say the system is down. I do not know what is going on if they do it on their own or what but every time I try to get something their system is down. I get it if it happens at the same time every day but to be told it takes 20-30 mins and the time changes every time is a poor excuse for them to use if they don’t want to work.
