I was disappointed by the service of the arrogant manager, the very ugly character, I hope she goes to a customer relations course, and my stupidity has nothing to do with drinking. I realized that the manager stands still and the other staff is running with the orders.

The lady who works the register during the night shifts is one of the nicest people I’ve met in fast food. The whole night shift team always kills it. Food is always fresh, great portions, best fast food franchise to go to in this area.

I still can't get them to follow instructions. I ask for extra mayo because they use a mayo onion sauce. That's what I want. Instead... They give you minimal and mayo packets .. which is not the same and to apply it yourself. I will start asking for a cup of their mayo sauce from now on. How hard is it to read...extra? Not the regular dollop? Extra is both sides.... Put your sandwich cook back into training
