Idk why the lobby is closed at 7 p.m.. Not everyone has a car

I'll be honest, when we realized this place was 24/7 it was like a gift from the Gods. We were in town for EDC and our hotel was across the street. Even at 4 AM with the most random orders possible, these kings got our orders right without an ounce of attitude for three mornings straight. I was honestly impressed with how quickly they handled it, as well. Thank you Jack in the Box, you powered us through an absolute bender of a weekend.

The burgers are well seasoned and juicy. The little taco is actually really good. That was different to order from a burger spot. Definitely will be a return customer.

Not sure what they were doing. I waited here with the car in front of me for at least 20 minutes — no one was working, the doors were locked, and cones were blocking the drive-thru. It honestly felt like they just decided not to work. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

I placed an Uber Eats order for myself (Don) at this Jack in the Box location on April 20 while I was visiting Las Vegas. Since I didn’t have a car, I waited at the drive-thru after all the vehicles had passed. When it was my turn, I politely said “excuse me,” but was completely ignored. Another car pulled up behind me, and the staff took their order immediately. I tried again to explain I had an order for pickup through Uber Eats, but still received no response.

I then walked around the building and saw several employees inside, some of who appeared to be laughing. I had to knock and tap on the glass repeatedly, holding up my phone to show the order before someone finally acknowledged me.

The whole experience felt disrespectful and dismissive. As a customer just trying to pick up my food, I shouldn’t have to struggle to get basic communication from staff. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

Just got breakfast here at 9:59am 4/13/25 and the Hispanic man that gave me my food, I think he was the manager, was so incredibly polite and on point. I was very impressed! Somebody give this guy a raise.

It's great that it is open 24/7. I can appreciate it was 1:00 AM when we went through the drive thru. Ordered 3 meals, nothing special. It took over 20 minutes to get our food, to the point of the fries being cold. 2 workers that we could see. Both were so stoned out of their minds that the one taking the orders could hardly talk. He kept picking up bags and just blindly staring inside and you could just see the confusion. If I hadn't already paid, I'd of drove off. It was hard to watch.

Please fire who ever was working 4-02-2025 at 2:10 am. No mor than 4 cars in line and they took 40 minutes to get to me. I’m the 4th car. I did not leave the drive thru until 2:40. Can you find out what happened in the establishment between 2:10 am and 2:40 am . Touch my fries while pouring the bag of fires in the fryer is just nasty. The person who is cashier must be high or tired. This is a big problem that needs attention
