Very unhappy with the way I was treated paid for my food and waited 25 minutes for my order manager was very rude to me I ask for a refund and the manager didn’t even apologize how rude. I will never go back to this location

Visiting vegas, walked in because they're close to the hotel we're staying at. Cashier was on his phone and got upset because we worked and the lobby was closed. We asked if he could take our order and he started yelling and literally threw us out of the restaurant! He actually said it's too much trouble for him to go over to the takeout window and ring us up!

Borth days robbed like about an extra 20 min of my time just wasted in their parking lot or driving back because they didn’t complete my order. They just hire anybody. You would think youngsters learning to work but nah full grown adults messing up constantly .

We stopped here to eat lunch. We ordered a jack burger combo with French fries and a drink. We also ordered a supreme croissant breakfast sandwich. We waited about 8 minutes for the food to be prepared. We sat at one of the table areas. Everything tasted great. We'll definitely return for future items to eat. 👌

It’s safer to go to another Jacks. There is a lot of illegal activity going on in the parking lot. For your safety be cautious. Also the staff here are not too friendly or welcoming

I'll be honest, when we realized this place was 24/7 it was like a gift from the Gods. We were in town for EDC and our hotel was across the street. Even at 4 AM with the most random orders possible, these kings got our orders right without an ounce of attitude for three mornings straight. I was honestly impressed with how quickly they handled it, as well. Thank you Jack in the Box, you powered us through an absolute bender of a weekend.

The burgers are well seasoned and juicy. The little taco is actually really good. That was different to order from a burger spot. Definitely will be a return customer.

Not sure what they were doing. I waited here with the car in front of me for at least 20 minutes — no one was working, the doors were locked, and cones were blocking the drive-thru. It honestly felt like they just decided not to work. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

I placed an Uber Eats order for myself (Don) at this Jack in the Box location on April 20 while I was visiting Las Vegas. Since I didn’t have a car, I waited at the drive-thru after all the vehicles had passed. When it was my turn, I politely said “excuse me,” but was completely ignored. Another car pulled up behind me, and the staff took their order immediately. I tried again to explain I had an order for pickup through Uber Eats, but still received no response.
I then walked around the building and saw several employees inside, some of who appeared to be laughing. I had to knock and tap on the glass repeatedly, holding up my phone to show the order before someone finally acknowledged me.
The whole experience felt disrespectful and dismissive. As a customer just trying to pick up my food, I shouldn’t have to struggle to get basic communication from staff. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to others.
