February 2nd 2026 approximately 2:30 p.m.. I went through the drive-thru ordered 3 simple items. Paid 21.67. Had to pull around to the front. That's fine I can understand it. But the lady comes out hands us our food and I go around the corner to harbor freight I took two small bites of my food and had nothing but better on a spicy chicken sandwich. Why is it when I go back and there's two bites taken out of this sandwich it is nothing but batter. The same girl from the drive-thru tells me my sandwich is half eaten and she not going to replace it. The entire patty being nothing but battered and not chicken as well as cold, you should replace it. I'm pretty pissed. We ordered chicken nuggets 4 pieces a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese with no tomato and a teriyaki bowl and all of the food was old and cold. The cheese for my sandwich only got melted because I left it sitting in the dash too long after they told me they wouldn't replace it. So the Jack in the box closer to Dean Martin's going to get my business from now on. Wasting my money my time and my Peace!

The woman at the window was the most dry person who I’ve ever encountered at this Jack in the box…never expressed a “thank you” or any notion of hospitality…If I was an “asshole” that would warrant such behavior but…and for her to reach my food out to me and immediately close the door..without ever asking if i wanted a sauce or anything “nice” to say…just not the normal Jack in the Bow experience im used to…2/2/26 at 12:35

Last two times in a row they screwed up my order. Called asked to speak to a manager or asst. manager. Bertha who answered the phone said she was. After speaking to her for a bit I realized I needed to speak to someone above her. Had to ask multiple times for her to give me a number to idk where. Its obvious they need training in professionalism and customer service at the location.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We’ve come here a few times and every single time the order was messed up, or something was forgotten. The service is horrible as well. The kids working there have attitudes and let it clearly show on their faces if we ask for straws for our drinks or extra sauces. They clearly do not want to be there. We started going here because it’s five minutes from where we live but the people working there lead us to go almost two miles to a different location for better service. Worth the extra two miles honestly. Won’t be coming back here.

Kind of bummed. Me and my buddy came here craving a mushroom Swiss after a long day of work. The girl said they were out of mushrooms. Asked for rain check or something but got nothing. Instead got the sourdough and it just didn't taste the same with all of that dismay smashed into it

I came here for my break and got a protein teriyaki bowl I paid 3 dollars extra for chicken but got charged but didn't get the extra protein I paid for asked the worker is the extra protein was in the bowl she said yes but that was a lie .
Everybody was nice but this lady the manager I don’t know her name but I don’t recommend getting service out of her she seems lazy and mean me and my sister went and she forgot to put my French fries in the bag a waste of money.

Service was very poor. The cashier Luna was very rude to my lil sister who is LGBT and asked to use the restroom after our meal she proceeded to miss identify her gender and when corrected she got hostile, disrespectful and rude and continued to be nasty. While the other hand she was allowing an unhoused male entry to the men's bathroom for a second time who was not a customer and wash using the restroom to shower and do drugs and she was super nice to him. It's really sad to live in the world we do and have so many negative experiences for just being who you are. I am so disappointed with this cashier and the service she poorly provided.

Visiting vegas, walked in because they're close to the hotel we're staying at. Cashier was on his phone and got upset because we worked and the lobby was closed. We asked if he could take our order and he started yelling and literally threw us out of the restaurant! He actually said it's too much trouble for him to go over to the takeout window and ring us up!

Came in two days in a row and both days me they messed my order up. Borth days robbed like about an extra 20 min of my time just wasted in their parking lot or driving back because they didn’t complete my order. They just hire anybody. You would think youngsters learning to work but nah full grown adults messing up constantly .
