The drive-thru was so busy, and the workers were doing incredible. The guy in front of me was such a jerk to the girl at the window. I felt so bad for her. She still treated me professionally and with kindness, even after that jerk. I was approached by someone when I put my window down to order, and actually ordered him some food. Sadly, he walked off, and I couldn't find him and ended up throwing the food in the trash because I couldn't eat it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

First let me say I love my JiB. Locations can be tricky to navigate sometimes. At this location there are a lot of people trying to get picked up for day labor. As a result, parking is difficult. I had a guy literally set up his beach chair right next to my back tire. I was only inside a few moments to order a carry out and use the restroom. The dining room was clean but the restroom was a mess due to bad customers. I don't blame the staff at all.

I give this review 5 stars solely because of the customer service.Being that it was 7am Not everyone has the energy. however, Manuel, who took my order was very very professional. I appreciate how he took my order from start to finish, he definitely show be recognized for the level of professionalism he brings to the establishment. Not all employees here has that level of confidence with being professional, so I would like to take the time out to give thanks to Manuel!
