The staff is fantastic. I go there everyday and I love it. The one on Sahara and Eastern is the best
Good customer service and super friendly customers!
It's easy to earn points you can convert to credits right at your machine. They are one of the few casinos that actually give you $20 free play on your birthday

Jackpot Joanie's is a lively casino known for its friendly employees and good service. It offers a variety of games, including Caveman Keno Plus, Deuces Wild Poker, Cleopatra Keno, and Blackjack, making it a popular spot for gamblers. The casino hosts regular customer appreciation events, NFL pick-the-winning-teams contests, and Superbowl parties, adding to the fun atmosphere. Guests enjoy widescreen TVs for watching sports, though the number of games is limited due to regulations.
Many visitors appreciate the special perks, such as earning points that can be converted to credits and receiving $20 in free play on their birthdays. However, some customers have reported mixed experiences with drink service, citing issues with staff attentiveness. Despite this, the overall vibe remains positive, as staff members are noted for being accommodating, even in challenging situations. Jackpot Joanie's aims to create a welcoming environment for both gamblers and those who simply need a place to relax.
