A SCAM JUST TRYING TO GET MONEY
Everything was great UNTIL we checked out! They gave us an outrageous charge of 500 dollars because their “smoke detectors” sensed some sort of smoke in our room? We where asked if we received a message about this which WE DID NOT, I was asked to send a picture of a device that could have caused this which I didn’t was my SHARK Flex blow dryer that is also for blow outs and styling, they continue to claim that...read full review
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was below standard — the room was dusty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the linens looked worn out.
The service was equally frustrating. Staff were either unresponsive or unfriendly, and requests took too long to be addressed. Communication was a major issue as well. There was confusion at check-in, and getting clear information during my stay was difficult.
Lastly, the food was a letdown....read full review
Beware of $400 invalid smoking charges that they try to slip onto your bill without saying anything at checkout. This happened to multiple people at my company who were there for a conference in June 2024, and the hotel manager staunchly refuses to refund the non-smokers who were charged these fraudulent fees. Looking at other review sites, apparently they do this A LOT. To the point that the hotel manager accidentally sent me someone else’s complaint about the same thing via...read full review

The Good Plate, located within the Westin Las Vegas, offers a straightforward menu and an impressive selection of wine and cocktails. This restaurant is suitable for a quick dinner, breakfast, or lunch. They cater to various dietary needs, including vegetarian options, and provide a kid-friendly environment without a casino. The desserts, such as the chocolate cake and butter cake with ice cream, are a highlight. While the food can be hit-or-miss, the service is reasonable, and the ambiance is clean and modern. Hotel guests receive free coupons for dessert, wine, or beer.
Guests have praised the hot and delicious food, with good portions and prices, served with a smile by the staff. The Maxim lounge has also received positive reviews, with guests enjoying the pineapple mocktail. Breakfast particularly stands out, with the avocado toast and açaí bowl being favorites. The breakfast experience has been described as top-notch, with professional and attentive service, especially from the staff member Blanca, who handled busy mornings with care. However, some guests noted that service can be slow, and staff sometimes seem under trained, making it difficult to get orders or sit away from noisy children. The omelet was fine, but pancakes were not done in the center, though the staff kindly comped the meal. The lunch and dinner menus are available but may be less appealing, with some finding the food quality inconsistent. Despite this, the desserts remain a highlight, and the overall dining experience offers good value.
