Ordered online and scheduled at 5:30p....got off work early so I changed the time to 4:30p...the employee there says no order so I changed again to asap again asap again asap...no order lefted coming back at 5:30p...we'll see what happens

I really love Jamba Juice so this review is not reflective of the store or the brand. Let’s just start with the fact that I was not greeted at all when I came into to the store. I wanted order a primo açaí bowl but I needed modifications that weren’t offered on the kiosk ( banana allergies) well when I asked the young lady behind the counter she was very short but I didn’t think anything of it but when I asked about another substitution she directed me to the register. Well when we got to the register I repeated my order and she proceeded to cut me off, very dryly mid sentence. I asked if she was ok bc her attitude was terrible. She finished the order just as dryly as she started it. As I sit here waiting for my bowl I’ve noticed that she’s spoken to other people who walked in but never spoke a word to me. I won’t make that an issue bc maybe I didn’t hear her but her treatment of me during the order was totally unacceptable. Her name was Jayden and I hope that they do a better job of customer service training.

Great Service ! The three young ladies working were very helpful and helped me pick out my new favorite smoothie! The peenya kolawda super speedy and clean store ! Great workers.

This is weird I've seen Jamba Juices in really bad parts of town look 5 star but this one that is in an upscale area is like ugly, dark, floor is broken and has pot holes drywall is peeling off. To be honest I thought I just walked into the wrong shop but no it's just a poorly managed or poorly staffed. Bathrooms are dirty.

This is my all-time favorite smoothie now! It's called Vanilla Blue Sky -Spirulina smoothie found at Jamba Juice in Summerlin! The taste is delicious, tables clean, the staff is FRIENDLY + deserve a tip and the wait is short! I just wish they had linger evening hours as I feel folks would come in after 6pm!
