I am absolutely revolted, not only with the food but with the service as well. I ordered a banana and strawberry smoothie, and a yogurt bowl. Staff is clearly untrained because it took them 25 minutes to prepare when there was no line! The lady who took my order was incredibly rude as I asked her questions about the menu. I watched as two men played around in the back. The unprofessionalism here is disgusting! Neither of them washed their hands, as well as the lady who took my order. You’re always supposed to wash your hands after you touch cash! I recieved my order and the smoothie was watered down, and don’t get me started on that yogurt bowl. The yogurt tasted sour and the fruit they put in it was soggy and looked expired. For something so overpriced you’d expect them to actually use quality ingredients but I guess they source them from the dump! Don’t ever expect me to come back this was ridiculous. Whole place needs to be shut down or they need to hire new staff that actually know how to do their job.

So I’m here for ordering orange juice and the guys are really weird. They don’t know how to talk with the customer and I think he’s a owner of this store and they just you just really don’t know how to talk with anyone and they just don’t have any stock juicy, and I don’t mention to anyone to be here

About two days ago, a fellow mall worker was talking to the guy with the man buns and glasses about her order and how she never returned for it due to a seizure. In return, this worker proceeds to be snarky and insensitive while walking away. As a mall worker, it was a shame to see this same worker, within the same night, vaping while closing the store. I see this individual vaping frequently while working, with a poor attitude and even worse customer service.

the workers are actually so rude .. a man in front of me must of been their friend or something and was giving him free stuff and while i was about to pay had the money, handing it out to the cashier, he turns around and goes in the back and grabs more stuff for this other guy. and i was just holding my money there waiting… while i was a paying customer and the other guy wasn’t. i should of just walked away but i actually did enjoy jamba and i work in customer service i would not just turn my back while a customer is handing me their money…

This was the worst service experience I had in a very long while - called to find the schedule - spent 45 min to get there got there 4 minutes before closing time - I was refused in service - I kindly asked to be served pointed that I called in and spent 45 min to get there - I was told by the store manager that they will not take my order - the serving boy also rudely commented “see you tomorrow” and disrespectful laughed. - I will not step into that store even if they pay me - Did not ever saw such treatment. Do not recommend anyone to go there.

so so disappointing. normally love the jamba juice but was heavily disappointed in the service today. two workers cussing and talking to their friends behind the counter in the way for us to see the menu and order. after that we went up to order and received the information “we have no fresh fruit” what jamba juice has no fresh fruit. my guess laziness! if i’m going to order something with banana in the name of it i would enjoy it to have bananas and yet the only banana i found were giant chunks of unblended fruit in the açaí. did i mention i ordered a waffle bowl and received the açaí. also ain’t no way i just paid 12$ for a yogurt bowl with two scoops of yogurt. i’m sorry this just ruined my day.

Love me some Jamba Juice when I see one. Anytime! Any day! I usually get the Orange Dream or Matcha green tea. Also love the steel cut oatmeal and assorted açaí bowls.
