Definitely do the tableside duck presentation. It was well worth it and a must do. The service and entire staff was very attentive and professional. The views of the Bellagio fountains were amazing.

Dining at Jasmine inside the Bellagio was an unforgettable experience that perfectly combined exquisite Cantonese cuisine with the drama and beauty of the Bellagio fountains. From the moment I walked in, I was taken by how stunning the space is, graceful, romantic, and filled with light. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls look directly out onto the fountains, making it one of the most beautiful settings I’ve ever dined in.

The décor is refined yet inviting, with golden butterfly wallpaper, sparkling chandeliers, and vibrant floral arrangements that fill the room with color and warmth. It’s easy to see why Jasmine is often described as one of the most elegant Chinese restaurants in the country. The entire atmosphere feels luxurious without being pretentious, just pure, timeless charm.

The service impressed me from start to finish. Our servers were polished, friendly, and genuinely attentive, striking that perfect balance of professionalism and approachability. They guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations that made the experience feel even more personal.

We started with a couple of cocktails, both beautifully crafted. The “Lychee Rose”, made with rose infused vodka, lychee liqueur, and lychee purée, was light, fragrant, and a little bit magical. The “Crimson Phoenix”, made with SelvaRey white rum, Luxardo Maraschino, hibiscus syrup, ginger beer, and lime, was equally lovely, refreshing with just the right floral note.

The menu blends Cantonese, Szechuan, and Hunan influences, offering a mix of familiar and adventurous dishes. We began with the “Crushed Cucumber Salad” dressed in Taiwanese soy sauce and black vinegar, it was crisp, bright, and full of flavor. I was a bit disappointed that they were out of the seafood dim sum platter, but that gives me the perfect excuse to come back.

For our mains, we ordered the “Szechuan Shrimp” with dry chili peppers and red onions, which was bold and perfectly spiced, and the “Crispy Honey Sea Bass” with basil and red bell peppers, an absolute standout. The fish was tender and sweet, with a delicate crunch that made every bite heavenly. A side of “Vegetable Chow Mein” complemented everything wonderfully, simple, fresh, and delicious.

Overall, dinner at Jasmine was an exceptional experience, sophisticated yet approachable, with every detail carefully crafted. Between the breathtaking view, impeccable service, and truly memorable food, it’s a place I’ll be returning to again and again.

Very good restaurant with a view of the Bellagio Fountains. They have a decent number of vegetarian options in their menu. Loved their dessert!

Extraordinary place… we had a wonderful time! The Peking Duck … just fantastic! Seated at the window near the Bellagio fountains was just the coup d’état!

Loved this place! I recommend the pot stickers, bbq/chasiu pork, salt and pepper shrimp/prawns, peking duck, beef with asparagus, claypot chicken, and deep fried lobster. Yang chow fried rice could use more flavor, though.

Wow! This was an awesome meal with great ambiance and service. The tea was excellent. We ordered two appetizers: the potstickers were to outstanding and we would come back just for those. The egg rolls were good, but not great.
For our entrée, we ordered the sweet and sour chicken. The chef was kind enough to substitute chicken instead of pork since I don’t eat pork, which was very much appreciated. It was very good. We also had the fried rice, a little bland on its own, but it paired well with the sweet and sour chicken.
For dessert, we had the coconut brûlée, which was absolutely to die for. The view of the Bellagio fountains during dinner was also really fun to watch and added to the experience.
We will definitely be back!

Great authentic Chinese menu! Everything was fresh and tasty! Great Won ton soup, kung pao chicken was excellent! And a nice drunk menu! I had the leaf brewed Jasmine tea! Fabulous!

bird nest soup was good. but the lightly fried chicken and the vegetable noodle dishes left much to be desired. the gin cocktail was horrible. service was non-existent. will never go back. never had this issue with any of the other restaurants at the bellagio.

Well this I’ve eaten at once before and it pretty was the same as last time the sweet-and-sour pork was excellent. The eggrolls were excellent. But the duck was just ok The mochi was goid the barbecue pork was just ok and the Mongolian beef was just ok for the price and I never complain of cost this is a 3 star meal views are beautiful but I probably will not come back

The only redeeming quality about this glorified overpriced buffet is the view of the fountain. Within 2 bites of eating the Szechuan Chicken I felt sick and had a horrible aftertaste. The ‘food’ (if you can call it that) was horribly overpriced and bland. They gave us 3 spring rolls for 20 dollars and I could barely understand what the server was saying. PLEASE don’t come here, I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

We are here to experience the 129 holidays brunch. The menu offers a diverse selection, ranging from sushi to dim sum. The culinary experience was satisfactory, though no particular dish was exceptionally memorable. The service, however, was outstanding.
