I had an issue with an order back in May that I didnt really think much of and to my surpise Lalo reached out to make things right. His employees today were all really nice and greeted every single customer that walked in the door. Fantastic customer service. The original Italian was loaded and took me back to Jersey. Even though this location is further from my house I'll be making a point to come back and support this Jersey Mikes. Thank you!“

“This location has been my go to ever since they opened in the Albertsons plaza as they are so close to me in Mountains Edge. They had a brief period where things were a little chaotic and issues with delivery orders per having constant turnover and new employees but now are back on track in having an amazing team again just like when they first opened when they were literally the best location I had tried in Vegas feeling like a family spot per how kind and welcoming everyone was. This location has a great owner and equally awesome manager now named Mike who has gone above and beyond in customer service and care in my recent interactions with him which I truly appreciated. They definitely set the standard here being back to their full glory. Thank you from a long time customer as no other sandwiches compare in town per the quality ingredients! 🖤“

“Came here on a Sunday morning and had the best service and sandwich! So much so, that I don’t think I can go to any other location after this experience!

I wish I got the name of the gentleman who made me the viral pregnancy sandwich. I tried calling to get his name but unfortunately, the phone lines weren’t working.

“I came in the shop today hungry and grumpy but Anisa couldn’t help but cheer me up. I didn’t want to be happy I wanted to eat some good food and be a grump. But her joy got to me. She remembered me from 2 or 3 years ago when I used to come in more often and worked nearby! She’s a ray of sunshine and a blessing. Thank you Anisa and Phawne too! You guys were great! Go far in life!“

“I think this is my first time at this location in a very good minute. Prior to the visit I was having a bad day. The three employees thats working at the timeframe i show up around 5ish was getting caught up on online orders prior to me which its understandable and i just got off work so i have all the time in the world (well til they close of course). While i was still deciding on what to order the attitude and gesture shown on the last customer prior to me ordering (anticipating a food delivery driver) not only was disrespectful when they had the order ready but spit on the main doors before he drove off. I gotta give those three MAJOR credit when the credit is due and I dont say that likely. I applaud those three for staying professional and didnt took it personal. Of course i was angry with em because they just doing their jobs. Nothing more nothing less. I wish I would got those three employees names, but they deserve to be recognized for that.

For the higher ups that own that location and hopefully see this review please take care of those three employees. They are three of the best employees yall got.“

“I have become a frequent customer of this Jersey Mikes. They provide quality sandwiches and phenomenal service. In particular, I want to mention both Ryan and Collin as they consistently provide quality service with a smile. At this point, they recognize me and know my order. I appreciate their quality service and hope it is recognized as their standard of service is hard to come by.“

“I went in there being extra because I didn’t want our sub until later, so I asked for everything on the side and the guy that helped me. I didn’t get his name but he told me he could absolutely do it and he did. The staff was great they all worked together.“

“The food was amazing. The employees are great, but your air-conditioning is broken and they’ve been dealing with it for three weeks.!! I got a headache, waiting for my food for five minutes inside that heat. They should not be allowed to work in such an environment! Do better Management those poor young kids! They’re cooler for their sodas is also broken. They don’t even have a fan blowing on them! Again, do better!“

“This is my first time to a Jersey Mikes since im from Canada and we don’t have any stores there.

I ordered the Cold cut and my gf ordered the Philly cheese steak no cheese( dietary restrictions).

That said ordering was simple, the sandwich comes as is and you can add toppings. The ingredients were fresh tasting and better quality than other sandwich chains I’ve tried.“
