“Overall, Jersey Mikes does a great job as a franchise, it's always consistent. However, this particular store goes above and beyond. They are fast, friendly and pay attention to your requests. I had to call in to edit an online order today and the associate on the phone stood out by giving great customer service. I'm happy to live near this location.“

“They're a chain so you know what you're getting. The sandwiches are usually pretty good and the prices are on par with similar offerings. The restaurant is the standard for this chain and the service was good. Nothing really noteable beyond all of that. The primary feature of chains like jersey Mike's is consistency. You know what you're getting and you usually get it. Sometimes there's an above and beyond experience but that's an unexpected, pleasant surprise when it happens.By and large, I can walk into a Jersey Mike's in Seattle or Las Vegas and no exactly what I'm getting. That was my experience here and they lived up to it.“

“Jersey Mikes employee was awesome! The manager Kobe went above and beyond to deliver our Basketball team order of 25 sandwiches on time to the Vegas airport. He had to make his way through a locked down airport because the president had just landed and somehow he got all the sandwiches delivered on time! Can’t say enough about the legendary service!“

“The crew working on Thursday 11/9 around 5:30pm killed it. As a frequent traveler I've never seen a more efficient team of sandwich artists. Adam was taking orders down the line, directing the guy putting toppings on the sandwich and just plain killing it. Give that man a raise as well and the cashier and topping guy. The fact that this location doesn't allow for a tip on credit cards is absurd. Let these people make tips also. Why isn't that a line on the credit receipt??!? It's been bothering me for a few weeks now.“

“I like Jersey Mikes as they beat the other subs shops like SW and PoS. Their ingredients are fresh, bread is soft and the subs are made fast.This location is honestly one of the best I’ve seen in Las Vegas, the crew is awesome, Sam (the manager) is super friendly and amazing at what she does when it comes to keeping the store clean and the crew members trained!Tonight I ordered a mini number 13 grilled, and the workers… Maddie, Alex, and Elijah were super kind and friendly. And made my sub super fast. Keeping me entertained as they kept a conversation with me the whole way down the line.This place is 10/10.
