I was excited to try this place ,the cashier was nice explained the menu. My daughter ordered the wings get home and took bite totally uncooked all 6 of them . I and my daughter called to talk to the manager and we were told that’s impossible that wings are on a timer . I informed them I took a picture and have my receipt I threw them out because they were not cooked. We were told there nothing could be done unless we bring the food back . See picture tell me if that’s possible.

Food was good! Boba tea didn't disappoint, I had dinner with my kids and we had a good time. Portions were great, we didn't finish our bowls. The Chef brought us a side dish of Ribs and they were amazing. We will be coming back

I absolutely love coming to Burger Im, the atmosphere is great, the LIVE Jazz is AWESOME and food is satisfying, a little work on the staff( waiters) but all in all the owner is great and very entertaining when he gets on the mic to sing, and great ace for friends and family.

This review is to provide feedback to owner's comment on my review made 3 days ago. First if all, I placed order thru Yelp, I didn't get any notification for the readiness of my order. I went pick up per the yelp order pick up window given. I would've picked up my order earlier if I was given proper instructions!Second of all, from my various experiences for online ordering noodle items with other restaurants, they always pack noodle and broths in separate container to avoid getting noodle all soggy. Thanks for your feedback, but good luck with your business!

Great food and very friendly service. This place serves authentic Chinese food, which is totally different from what you would get at Panda Express. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large.Will be coming back for more.
Upon entering was greeted with good customer service. There were several items I wanted to order for dine in originally. We looked over the menu and proceeded to place the order. Some items rang up higher on the register than posted on the menu. So def keep an eye on that.Pork Belly Rice Bowl, Braised Beef Rice Bowl, Pork and Chive Dumplings, Pear Tea, and Watermelon Tea. I did order Cucumber Salad as well, however it was not included in the original ticket. My highlight was that Pear tea. Wow it was amazing and I would come back to try it again. We were given complimentary Cucumber Salad after it was questioned.There were so many snafus - the restaurant is still brand new in the defense of the events that night. On Yelp the closing said 8:30pm, on the door the closing said 9:00pm. However the owner decided closing was 8:00pm so at that moment we opted to get the food to go.It is never my intention to order alot of food at closing time. I would not have came here.Lisa the lady at the front counter is the reason I am giving a higher star rating than what it deserves. She was very sweet and unfortunately with 2 parties ordering large orders it was a very overwhelming experience.I cant recommend nor not. The experience was not what I expected. However I am all about making lemonade out of lemons. And that is what we did. We took our food and sat outside under the outdoor patio area and listened to some nice jazz music compliments of BurgerIM.

Lots of food! Rice bowls are better than noodles. Their noodles taste like American-Cantonese noodles, not Taiwanese noodles. Broth is a little bit too salty. Rice bowls r good. Huge~~~~~~~~~~

Decided to give this place a try, didn't turn out as expected.When we walked in to get our take out, we were greeted immediately and everything was wrapped up nicely and secure for take out.Dan Dan Noodle - Supposedly Taiwanese. It was too oily and very salty. Other than a strong salt flavor, it was just hot spicy oil. The noodles that was used is also not the traditional noodles used for this dish.Pork Belly Rice - Also too oily and bland. This is supposed to be a full flavored pork belly dish, stewed until the meat absorbs a strong flavor. Unfortunately, the meat was bland, sauce was watery and bland as well.Teriyaki Sauce Chicken - This was OK. The chicken was tender and juicy, at first it tasted fine. Unfortunately, we we reach the bottom, it was also very salty and too much pepper.
