There is no acceptable reason why you should keep your store open and force your employees to work when there is no functioning A/C. It is easily 90 degrees in this store right now and your poor employees are working their tails off in completely unacceptable conditions. This has to be an OSHA violation.
This place is hidden and I forget about it a lot. When I do go, wonder why I don't go all the time! The food is great, service is fast, staff is accommodating, and the place is always very clean.
Yessssssss!
Sub so fast... I think not! Super slow... I use to being in and out but not at this location.. if you wanna wait come Here!
I had the most frustrating experience at this location, and it's safe to say it's the worst one I've visited. I ordered the Totally Tuna sandwich and specifically requested avocado and Jimmy's hot peppers to be added. From the moment I placed the order, I had a sinking feeling that something was going to go wrong. The cashier, a young guy with tattoos adorning his arms, seemed overly confident as I reminded him several times to ensure the avocado was included.
When I received the notification that my order was ready, I approached the counter and asked the cashier, who was a young woman of Asian descent, if my sandwich had avocado in it. To my dismay, she responded that it did not, and informed me that I hadn't paid for it. It was evident that there was some confusion, especially since their cashier was struggling to keep things organized and the young man taking my order clearly wasn't listening to me.
Frustrated by the entire exchange, I realized I'd have to pay extra if I wanted the avocado added to my sandwich. At that point, I was so upset that I just walked away. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication really got to me, and I left feeling infuriated.
They always mess up the order and now I am giving a one star for this location. I ordered 4 sandwhiches. For 60$ with extra chicken for 3 sandwhcihes. There was hardly any chicken for the regular hot chicken sandwhich and the ones where I asked for extra chicken they had like quantity of regular chicken. No mayonnaise and mustard were given for the order. The chicken was also very dry dry for the chicken Caesar wrap. Not coming back to this location. I personally own JJ out of Vegas. I would suggest the owner to ask the staff to put in some quantity so the customers return
Thanks
My first time going there, the food was delicious, and it was good taste... i love the tables outside, cozy and clean
they have 3 tables inside

I stopped in to get a #16 regular Turkey bacon. When they called out #17 instead of #16. Making the wrong Sandwhich⊠they remade my Sandwhich to a #16. When I got my sandwich I headed back to work. Once I began to eat my sandwich it seemed to be missing meat. I took it apart and I got one slice of Turkey and one strip of bacon. On a regular there is to be 3 slices of Turkey of 3 slices of bacon. I called and spoke to the manager who did not resolve the issue. Would give me a credit for bacon but not correct the Sandwich . Paid 14.00 for a Sandwhich which ended up being cheese, lettuce and tomato. Check your order before you leave! I will not be using this location for any food services as the customer service is poor with no concern for what they did wrong. Customer service is the number one reason people return to a business after an inconvenience is made by a business. Without that I will not be giving my business to you. Advise others to do the same. Spend your money on a business that cares for customer service, and product excellence.
To the manager your team member couldnât even ring in the order correctly. I waited patiently for you to redo the order correctly. Thank you for not valuing my time. I will share my experience with everyone in Summerlin!
I asked for no tomato. Thereâs tomato on my sandwich. I asked for spicy mustard. This location doesnât have it. I asked if I could use my reward points. The response was âonly if you give us your phone numberâ. I showed them my jimmy Johnâs card in my digital wallet. They âwerenât sure that would workâ. I asked for smoked cheddar on my sandwich. They refused because it only comes in the âspecial sandwichâ and wonât let you have that cheese on any other sandwich which is just ridiculous. And to top it all off there was no line when I walked in but it took them over 15 min to give me an incorrect sandwich. Truly embarrassing and the worst Jimmy experience Iâve ever had. Pass over this location - save yourself the disgust.

I've had some problems with Jimmy John locations in the past and I get it a couple times a month because it's by my work. However I just happened to be by the summerlin mall and ordered online here to pick up. I was there in 3 minutes and it was ready. The gentleman were so sweet and I was starving so I ate half of my sandwich and I got to say it was the best Jimmy John's sandwich I ever had! The only issues I've been having with them lately is they're not fast deliveries anymore but this location was the greatest ever! The two guys working there were super sweet and I really appreciate them
Sandwich was made so fast, I didn't even finish paying and it was out. 10/10
They will mess up your order every time. Slowest Jimmy John's I've ever ordered from if they even let you get delivery
Today is the third time our family of 6 have ordered sandwiches from this location where they've only delivered a partial order after we've paid the $5.00 delivery fee, plus a 20% drivers tip.
When we call to let them know we didn't receive the entire order, they tell us that: oops part of the order got left behind, and *WE* need to drive down to the store to pick it up. It was unfortunate the first couple of times, but I know we're all human and make mistakes, so not a big deal. But at this point when we've paid an extra $15-25 dollars in delivery fee and driver tip each time, it's getting pretty frustrating.

10-10-24 between 4:40 & 4:50pm. Asked the gentleman to give me a moment while figuring out what I wanted. Saw another gentleman who did not change his gloves while touching the smudge fridge door handles. As well as reaching into the red chili pepper container and wiping his gloves on his apren. He still continued to make the customers sandwich after that. I did say something to the other gentleman if he could have him change his gloves. I went to the bathroom and came out of them gossiping about how disturbed I was about the incident. They could have just waited till I left. Maybe a good opportunity for coaching moments of professionalism and hygiene course training. So there is no cross contamination.
