My order was a simple turkey tom no substitutions no changes..and they still managed to forget the TURKEY. Comical. Awful service. Sad sandwich. Save your money go literally anywhere else.

Order took 45 minutes. Order was wrong, and unwhich was underwhelming/soggy. Not to the Jimmy John standard I'm accustomed.

Placed my order online for pickup, and requested no mayo. Got all the way home to find mayo on my sandwich. Double checked my receipt and it says no mayo. Not the first time they’ve messed up either. Went all the way back to the store, and the staff seemed frustrating I was even bringing their mistake to attention and only offered to just remake the sandwich. I asked what about my back and forth trips and time wasted? They seemed more annoyed and offered a free bag of chips or cookie, even though I already had chips with my order. While I was thinking about what to choose, the white gentleman with facial hair, whom i was told is a manager, working the line yelled at me “at least I don’t wait over an hour!” I felt completely threatened and uncomfortable for just trying to get my correct order and consideration for my time. I asked for my money back and the same guy working the line yelled again that he already remade my sandwich, when I never even agreed to that yet. It seemed like he wanted to fight me and I will never ever go back to Jimmy John again. Staff is rude and aggressive, and apparently can’t read either.

My order took almost an hour. No one has reached out to me regarding a refund. Will never order here again.

There is no acceptable reason why you should keep your store open and force your employees to work when there is no functioning A/C. It is easily 90 degrees in this store right now and your poor employees are working their tails off in completely unacceptable conditions. This has to be an OSHA violation.

This place is hidden and I forget about it a lot. When I do go, wonder why I don't go all the time! The food is great, service is fast, staff is accommodating, and the place is always very clean.

I had the most frustrating experience at this location, and it's safe to say it's the worst one I've visited. I ordered the Totally Tuna sandwich and specifically requested avocado and Jimmy's hot peppers to be added. From the moment I placed the order, I had a sinking feeling that something was going to go wrong. The cashier, a young guy with tattoos adorning his arms, seemed overly confident as I reminded him several times to ensure the avocado was included.

When I received the notification that my order was ready, I approached the counter and asked the cashier, who was a young woman of Asian descent, if my sandwich had avocado in it. To my dismay, she responded that it did not, and informed me that I hadn't paid for it. It was evident that there was some confusion, especially since their cashier was struggling to keep things organized and the young man taking my order clearly wasn't listening to me.

Frustrated by the entire exchange, I realized I'd have to pay extra if I wanted the avocado added to my sandwich. At that point, I was so upset that I just walked away. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication really got to me, and I left feeling infuriated.

They always mess up the order and now I am giving a one star for this location. I ordered 4 sandwhiches. For 60$ with extra chicken for 3 sandwhcihes. There was hardly any chicken for the regular hot chicken sandwhich and the ones where I asked for extra chicken they had like quantity of regular chicken. No mayonnaise and mustard were given for the order. The chicken was also very dry dry for the chicken Caesar wrap. Not coming back to this location. I personally own JJ out of Vegas. I would suggest the owner to ask the staff to put in some quantity so the customers return

My first time going there, the food was delicious, and it was good taste... i love the tables outside, cozy and clean
they have 3 tables inside

The un-wich is the Best 😋
