All the workers that work at this Jimmy John's are truly tremendous. They actually care about what they are doing. They care about their jobs. They care about how well they make your sandwich and they care about the customer service and the cleanliness of the actual restaurant location. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's location over many not saying that others are bad but this one especially is highly recommended by myself. There's been so many times that I have ordered from their delivery went into the actual location to order even when they had massive catering orders. They were accommodating to me and my family as well as many friends that I've brought to this location over and over again. It looks immaculate at all times. I am very impressed by that and the food is actually one of my favorite sub places over most. Let's put it that way. Jersey Mike's is one of a kind!Vegetarian options: There's definitely vegetarian options at this locationParking: The parking lot is huge. I never not get a spaceKid-friendliness: This place is 100% kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes, this location is wheelchair accessible as well as the bathroom

Slowest Jimmy Johns ever, we see ads all day about how speedy they are yet when we order, it takes at least 30 minutes. Drivers leave food on the ground in front of your door instead of handing it to you, UGH! The manager called to offer free food, I turned it down. I'm not looking for free food, I'd prefer better service. Great sandwich, can't complain about that!!

Ordered tonight at 6:28, got here about 10 minutes later and was waiting for 1. The order to say ready on the app or 2. To see my food on the pick up shelf. Waited almost an hour with neither of those. Eventually went in to find out my food was ready but nobody bothered to notify me. Got my food and opened it to see they didn’t put extra lettuce like i asked and if anything it was 2 pieces of lettuce. And a very thin sandwich. Very disappointed as i love jimmy johns. Most likely not returning to this location.

I have always loved Jimmy John's but this particular location is an epic failure. Nearly every time I've ordered from this place there is an issue. Some examples of where it's gone wrong: wrong food delivered, food quality poor, extra long delays in delivery or simply they can't deliver because they "don't have a driver". Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Dont offer delivery if you never have drivers available! This jimmy johns almost always never has drivers available, it's very inconvenient, im quarantined right now so i cant leave, I wanted a lil sandwich delivered but they called saying there arent any drivers available (not surprised, they never do when i order)

More than 20 minutes to pickup a mobile order in drive thru. What a joke.

I used to be corporate for Jimmy John's and we would have to time the employees who made the sandwiches with a stop watch, boy are those days over. We just waited almost 30 minutes in line for two subs while there were only two cars ahead of us in line. They were out of wheat bread so I was already a bit bummed. We finally got to the window and paid. Then We waited even longer. Next thing I know I look up and the cashier is outside walking around!! I felt like I was being pranked. What was happening?? Finally he goes back inside, I see him put gloves on and help the single employee make some sandwiches. I don't know when they stopped trying to be freaky fast but they need to change their slogan because our experience was just freaky slow and so strange all together..

Love Jimmy Johns but this location has failed one too many times. A few months ago I made an online order that seemed to be taking too long. So I ended up going to the store to check and it was totally empty yet my order hadn't even been started (over 40 minutes)! Last month I ordered a Vito and when I got home to eat it, the sandwich had no mayo/dressing and zero veggies. Bread and meat. That's it. And no, I didn't not ask for any substitutions. Today we wanted a quick easy meal. We ordered two Totally Tunas with cheese. Cheese was extra. There was no cheese on the sandwich, but we paid for it. The other sandwich was fine. Three strikes you're out JJ's. There are plenty of sandwich options in the area. Hopefully they can get it right.

I usually order online and pickup through drive thru due to 2 kids in tow with me. But just recently I placed my order at 12:00 in the afternoon. Got to the drive thru to pick up at 12:07 I waited in front of the window for 9 mins with two screaming kids in car. I order Jimmy John’s bc they claim to be fast + I ordered ahead to speed it up. This location is not fast.
