Love this Jimmy John’s!!! They are efficient, friendly and the quality of their food is amazing! We cater from them regularly (orders of 75 plus sandwiches) and they always make it on time and everything is always perfect! The manager is awesome and so are all the staff! Can’t wait to order from them again!!

This is the best jimmy johns. It’s far superior than any other jj’s, even the original in Charleston Illinois. Service is always friendly and so fast I freak. Max is the man, and he has a plan. I can tell Max is a phenomenal leader by the way the crew on staff works together to provide the very best service I’ve experienced at a jimmy johns. 11/10 recommend

I wouldn't recommend anyone eat or drink from this place... after working here and seeing black mold all over things and the owners don't care about cleaning just about making money. This place should be shut down!

Hey this Jimmy John's is the cats meow! The only thing I would say is that all the employees seem to be lacking in a variety of wardrobe options. Perhaps if more people had red shirts, it would spice the place up a little bit. Especially the handsome gentlemen with the long blond hair. He would look great in red.

Hello to whom it may concern,I have been a long-standing customer of your establishment for many years and today just rubbed me the completely wrong way. I ordered a sandwich with ample time to enjoy during my lunch break and expected it to arrive in 15 minutes as instructed by the representative on the phone that took my order. Well apparently that was not the case and they were backlogged with orders, which was not communicated to me. 30 minutes go bye and I phone in and speak to someone named Alex and he assures me the sandwich is on its way and just left a minute ago and will give me a credit for the inconvenience. Okay, another 20 minutes go bye and I call in again 3rd time now and speak to another person named Alex different voice, but same name and this Alex is the acting manager and I complain again rightfully so. Again I’m assured that the driver will be here soon great! At this point I’m hangry, my lunch is over and I’m just frustrated. The driver shows up finally another 5 minutes after I get off the phone with “Alex” and I ask the driver to hand me the sandwich to assure it had been made correctly because there have been multiple occasions were that isn’t the case. Well the driver refuses to hand it to me and I explain what I’m trying to accomplish and the driver still doesn’t budge and persists to harass me about the money owed lol. Really!! After everything. Okay so I explain the money is sitting on my kitchen table and the door is wide open and he can see it and I again explain I just want to make sure the sandwich is made correctly please nope driver will not hand me my food at this I tell the driver to leave and I’ll call his manager. I phone “Alex” again 4th time now and explain what just happened and all I get from “Alex” is ohh there was a balance owed!?? I know that “Alex” I was just making sure my food was made correctly after everything today! He responded oh I’m sorry there must have been a miscommunication? Wow!!! Just wow!! I can’t tell how disappointed, frustrated and saddened by this type of customer service I will really have to think long and hard before I order from “Jimmy Johns” again.
