I'm always so happy to come to this location, these guys are my favorite and I've been very happy to call this my main location for Jimmy John's.It's right by my gym and all my local amenities, and they are a crucial part of my routine. The most unprofessional manager(heavy set guy with stringy hair in a pony tail and a wispy beard) I think I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a $22 sandwich online and misunderstood one of the ingredients thinking it was a sauce but it was all the meat. So after it was delivered I called the store and the manager offered me a 25% discount on a new sandwich. So I told him I would drive down instead so I don’t have to buy a new one and he said he could give me the meat on the side. When I got there luckily he remade the sandwich. He told me he tried to call me but that my number was invalid. I checked my number which was on the receipt and it was accurate. Then after he gave me my sandwich I said thank you and he ignored me. Absolutely horrible experience, I will not order again.

No one said anything to me at drive in. Thought it was closed. Pulled up to see people working. No one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Went inside and everyone seemed very overwhelmed and didn’t seem able to get me a sandwich. Spent 20 minutes to get ignored. Went down the street.

My praise is for one special human, TECE, I believe is her name. Outstanding customer service. Nobody is perfect and things happen, she made a very small mistake and I had my food delivered. When I called to complain she not only handled the situation very well, but she made me feel like I was very important to this business and made me feel a little guilty for being mad, that's how awesome she is. Just about every jimmy shop I have been to is really good, but this awesome person has made this shop my go to. Thank you for being great, I am very pleased ?

First, the service was welcoming, friendly, and fast service. The place was immaculate and ingredients were fresh. I ordered two veggie subs with the Jimmy's mustard, and it was fantastic! My only complaint; I wanted more veggies. Thanks guys!

I don't understand why I stood at the counter almost 10 minutes before I could place my order. There were 4 people there that young lady at the drive thru was busy and one person making sandwich the other 2 just stared at me and kept talking. The young lady at the drive thru had to take my order. I ordered my sandwich to go and the sandwich maker just wraps my sandwich up and places on the counter forgot my pickel then just lays it on the counter no bag no napkins nothing 2nd time this has happened. These young associates need more training there is more to it than just having a body in the store

I’ve been a Jimmy John’s fan for many years now. Was glad there was one near by when I moved here from Texas. This specific location is always clean and the staff is friendly. Nice having a drive through option here. However, multiple times, my order is wrong. I always order the same, #14. Add cucumber and pickles. Also, cut in half. Well more then half the time, despite it being in the receipt, it doesn’t come with what I asked. They always ask at the drive through if I’d like to leave a tip. I always say yes, $2.00. Yet my sandwich isn’t right. I did once go back through and asked them to remake it and it STILL wasn’t cut in half! Please do better and pay attention the the requests that are printed on the order.
I literally downloaded yelp and made an account just to review this location. Not only the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to but possibly one of the worst establishments in all of Las Vegas. I've been to this location 3 times and all three times not only have they made my order completely incorrect but it took them 5 minutes with absolutely no line to do so. It's actually incredible how any human being can be as bad as the people that work at this Jimmy John's. I thought I learned my lesson the first two times but I was right by it and thought maybe 3rd times the charm but never will visit again. Very rude, very slow and I'm sorry but just complete idiots.

I frequent jimmy johns throughout town for dine in and delivery. This is the SLOWEST and furthest from freaky fast in Las Vegas. I have even tried ordering ahead...arrived 35 minutes after store received the order and they started making it when I arrived.
