I'm always so happy to come to this location, these guys are my favorite and I've been very happy to call this my main location for Jimmy John's.It's right by my gym and all my local amenities, and they are a crucial part of my routine. My praise is for one special human, TECE, I believe is her name. Outstanding customer service. Nobody is perfect and things happen, she made a very small mistake and I had my food delivered. When I called to complain she not only handled the situation very well, but she made me feel like I was very important to this business and made me feel a little guilty for being mad, that's how awesome she is.
