I had never heard of this place but went only because it was in our hotel (Excalibur).Save your money. The food was less than mediocre. You can get a double cheeseburger at In and Out that tastes way better, has larger portions, and includes a drink for $10. A basic single cheeseburger and fries without a drink in a fast food place shouldn't cost more than $21. After having a bad experience at LA Subs & Salads I walked over to Johnny Rockets and was glad I got such a terrible welcome from them because Johnny Rockets staff treated me with some of the best customer service. The Beyond Burger was amazing! The spring mix salad with chicken was wonderful! There was no bad attitude from the staff, only helpful, eager, and friendly customer service.
