The Gen Z worker seemed bored and unfamiliar with the menu. I asked about their sauces, and when I wanted more details on one, all she said was, “It’s just a 1000 Island sauce,” with no effort to explain further. I ordered that and a ranch, paid around $5, and got back to my room only to find she gave me ranch and jalapenos instead. Yes, actual jalapenos...

Conference lunch fail turned into Johnny Rockets win.

Had exactly 10 minutes between conference sessions to grab food (because apparently I thought I could survive on conference coffee and networking energy alone 🤦‍♂️). Ducked into Johnny Rockets expecting to maybe grab a sad pretzel, but these legends had my burger and fries out in record time.
Food was genuinely solid - that classic diner taste that hits the spot when you’re running on fumes. Staff was quick and friendly.

Only knocking off one star because my wallet felt it a bit (Vegas prices gonna Vegas), but honestly? They saved my afternoon from being a hangry disaster. Sometimes you pay a little extra for speed and quality when you need it most.
Would definitely hit them up again next conference - just maybe with more than 10 minutes to spare.

I am very satisfied and happy to enjoy it and this is the best experience. I will share it with more friends and relatives.

The breakfast was very good, although it was quite expensive — for example, a coffee cost around six dollars. The service was good, and the cashier was very friendly. (I know it's not the restauran's fault, but the music was too loud in the dining area.) Overall, it was pretty good.

What a disappointment. $35 for a hamburger? This is clear price gouging since you can get the same thing for half that at other locations where you are not a prisoner of the Las Vegas strip. Just robbery, flat out. Shame on you JR! I will never eat at ANY of your locations because you are a greedy organization taking advantage of people.

This place is located in the food court. Not next to Netflix place.

Put milkshake under heat lamp while waiting for order to complete, then gets hostile when called out on it.

Service was good but 25 for a meal that has no drink is crazy but wouldn't have minded if the food was actually good. Burger was old tasting and i couldn't even eat it. Stay away not good at all!!!

Most pitiful chicken sandwich I’ve ever had after a long day in Vegas. I spent $25 for a piece of fried cardboard covered in butter.

The MGM food court has a very nice atmosphere with a nice dining area. The food from this Johnny Rockets is of very good quality and service is fast. However, it is shockingly expensive, more than you would expect for a burger.

I ordered the $22 chicken sandwich and it was terrible. Come on, you charge 4 times the price and it taste like you are chewing on leather. Awful
