This is the best server experience I've ever had, the servers name was Gigi and she is downright the best server ever, period! She was super nice and friendly, she offered us her experience and made us feel one with the Rosa Mexicana family, i hope every server can be as great as Gigi was to us.
Saw the signs all over the mall, the cocktails looked cute so, after a little bit of shopping I decided to go have a drink. I sat at the bar. And had two cocktails. - " la única" which is just a classic margarita. The name was cool but nothing unique about it. Ambiance-5 stars. As the name suggests, everything is pink- even the tortilla chips. Lots of unique lighting, a variety of fun seating options (even a Strip-side patio). The service-4 stars. The hostess and our waitress were very friendly, but the food runner brought the wrong order, so we had to send it back, and then it took quite awhile to get the check when we were finished.
