Ambiance-5 stars. As the name suggests, everything is pink- even the tortilla chips. Lots of unique lighting, a variety of fun seating options (even a Strip-side patio). The service-4 stars. The hostess and our waitress were very friendly, but the food runner brought the wrong order, so we had to send it back, and then it took quite awhile to get the check when we were finished. Not huge errors, but enough to lose a star. The food-3 stars. Servings are tiny, prices are big. The flavor is there and the presentation is good, but I definitely didn't leave full. The cocktails were good, although my margarita was pretty undersized, as well. For the aesthetic and the location, it's a worthy experience, but if you are instead wanting authentic and affordable Mexican, you could probably do better.

This is the best server experience I've ever had, the servers name was Gigi and she is downright the best server ever, period! She was super nice and friendly, she offered us her experience and made us feel one with the Rosa Mexicana family, i hope every server can be as great as Gigi was to us.

We were visiting this location late evening, two families of 3 people. We're waiting for our waiter for 15 minutes, our drinks another 20 minutes, by the time we ordered food it went another hour. Children didn't want to eat anymore since it was too late and wait was too long. My drink glass was chipped, and I asked another waiter to exchange the glass, which took another 20 minutes. Their service was too low, and the restaurant was half full at that late hour of almost 10 pm Las Vegas time. Our waiter had such an attitude of doing a favor. Then I had to look for someone who could bring us a check and got the attention of another male waiter by waving my hand, which offended him big time. His remarks were, " Next time you want a waiter, do the same thing." Customer service is way too low, especially for such a place, location full of tourists. Food is ok, nothing special, drinks was good, had better before. I didn't want to leave tips for such treatment, but I didn't pay at this time. These waiters do not give a dam about serving people and doing good jobs. Customer service has lost its meaning in many places. Now days doesn't matter to many people whether they perform they job to their full ability, or making you feel like nothing but still expecting you to leave tips.

Its been such a while since I have gone to a restaurant with such bad service & food so If you are considering to go here, Please go at your own risk. We Had made a reservation for a party of 11 and were going for my bestfriends bachelorette. We seen this place on tik tok and were like wow this place is perfect for the occasion...WRONG ! We got checked in nicely by the girls in the front and to start we actually had requested if they can put us in the pink room they have but instead were put in the middle in the front which was no biggie whatever were were just hungry. Then our waiter come to get our drink orders honestly just had already a low mood from the start but again didn't mind it whatever. They bring the chips, salsa & guac out and O m g when I tell you that was the most SALTIEST guac I ever tasted in my life I can't even explain to you guys how bad it was. Next we ordered our main dishes, Most of us ordered ceviche and someone else had ordered Birria EMPANADAS. The food started taking a long time to come to the point we were going to cancel everything but just in time they came out with the food. When bringing everything, everything came correct except we got Birria TACOS. Now its no issue everyone make mistakes but the waiter just looked annoyed to take our correct order again aswell didn't even apologize for noting down the order wrong. My friend already got to the point where she just wanted to cancel the order in which she did because she knew it was going to take a long time to bring it out. Ofcourse comes the taste test....yet again....Salty ASF when I tell you that ceviche literally came out the pacific ocean and straight to our plate honestly wouldn't doubt it. We all ended up just hating our food and my friend WHO WAS THE BRIDE started getting stomach issues because of the salt she didn't even want to take one more bite. We ended up just asking for our receipt because just being there when such nasty food and vibes was not setting the mood right for us. I ended up going ti the front to pay the bill and I think the waiter thought we were dine and dashing cause he RAN TOWARDS THE FRONT like relax I just wanted to leave already cause again taking to long to get our check. ALSO not to mention the manager had the AUDACITY to ask "How was the service?" like sir. COME ON Please read the reviews THEY DON'T LIE

Saw the signs all over the mall, the cocktails looked cute so, after a little bit of shopping I decided to go have a drink. I sat at the bar. And had two cocktails. - " la única" which is just a classic margarita. The name was cool but nothing unique about it. I had the blood orange margarita as well which was better than the first one but still. Overpriced.... The drinks looked cute n the pictures, they didn't even took the time to garnish mine ... It looked fancy... when I got there but. Not as much as I was sitting down. I hated the music the whole time. I would expect them to play something more Latin but they had hip hop the whole time. Not the vibe I was looking for. I passed by some other tables and it looked kind of cute .... I also decided to get a side of esquites ... which is basically a can of corn with a little bit of mayo maybe for $12 !!! Omg no! Do not recommend . I was excited to try that, but I left with a bad impression cause of that. I don't feel like trying their food . Cause I feel like it's going to be as plain and overpriced as the esquites. Bartender was nice, but I feel like the barback was more attentive...

The truth is that I was surprised by the cuisine they have, the seasoning is delicious and very similar to Mexican food, in fact I found no differences. It may even have better than many restaurants in Mexico, I definitely recommend it, especially the chile Relleno and the Swiss enchiladas, delicious!!!!

Our server was great , however, we ordered the table side guacamole, and never came. We got our food or appetizers and never showed up. We had end up canceling it because we already got our check. I've been to Mexicana and Miami, New York DC I live in Las Vegas and this was a disappointment I hope that things change and you guys survive, because I love the brand

When I found out they opened a location in Vegas and that it was very PINK, I knew I had to come here! Finding the restaurant when coming from the rideshare pickup area was kind of tricky, but know that it's located at one of the entrances Strip-side. It was fairly busy when we arrived around 2:30 p.m. on a Monday, but nothing too bad. My table request was honored when we were seated, which is always nice. Looking at pictures, the food didn't look that great, but everything we had was delicious! We split their classic guacamole (so good!) and fish tacos (no pic because we went in on those!), and we had frozen strawberry and mango margaritas to drink. We also got great-tasting complimentary chips and salsa with our meal and to my delight the chips were pink! If I had one complaint, it would be that their restroom could have been cleaner and looked after - the trash bin was overflowing for one. The pink lighting in there is so nice, but I couldn't wait to get out! Also, I did not see the pink dining room that is advertised on social media - I wonder if it is reserved for special events? That was a bit disappointing. I would have loved to eat in there! Still, what a fun place to eat with all the delicious food and drink and all the pinkness of course!
Great restaurant. One of the better ones on the strip. Food, service and price is very good. I would have given another 5 stars, but once again - front desk check-in and attentiveness is sorely in need of improvement.
This place is absolutely beautiful. However I think they are still figuring out a lot of things. The table side guacamole was ok, we had to send 2 of our 3 meals back for being undercooked. I was actually disappointed in that taste of the food but the Birria tacos were great even though you get only 3 small ones. We noticed many around us also sent food back.
Host was spectacular and the food and experience were amazing ! We got the guava margarita pitcher and the fresh guacamole and it was so refreshing. Definitely will be coming back.

Super great food! My only complaint is the portions were small. It's fairly expensive, just like you'd expect along the strip, but I was surprised with how little food we got. Still, it was good, the environment was cool, and the tortilla chips were pink. They were also super accommodating of our last minute and large group. I'd recommend!

We always enjoy Rosa's whenever we're visiting New York City. What a pleasant surprise to find one here in Vegas! Of course, we ordered the table side guacamole for our party of seven, and got a double order. It was just as amazing as ever! Our meals were delicious, really delicious. Several in our group had never even heard of Rosa's, and said this is the best Mexican north of the border. They have a well stocked bar, everything you'd expect from margaritas down to wine and beer. Of course, it's noisy. But you're in Vegas! Just about every place is noisy. Go. Enjoy. You'll be happy you did.
