Just found her at the Henderson Farmer Market and I'm hooked!!!! The freeze dried corn and salted caramel were both amazing. Joie is also a very friendly and pleasant person and has a very positive vibe about her. Didn't even know she had a store so now I don't have to wait until Sunday to get more freeze dried corn :)

Located in a strip mall not far from the Rio in Vegas. Met the owner, she is amazing. The Kale chips and mushrooms are very good but my favorite is the freeze dried ice cream it is delicious and vegan! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for healthy snacks in town or to bring on the plane.

I've loved freeze dried ice cream since I was a kid. I used to buy the commercial stuff when I could find it and even though mountain house made a good product when I was young, no one makes a commercial one now that's any good. So I was googling and came across this business. It sounded so good that I drove across town to try it. It didn't disappoint. She makes some amazing freeze dried products and was generous with letting me try things. I'll definitely be back.

It was my boyfriend's and my first time there. Joie was very informative and we got to sample different things. THEY WERE ALL SO TASTY! Between the two of us we spent 100 bucks. Stocked up for a bit. Definitely will be a treat each pay day type thing. Haha but it is very good tasting AND HEALTHY. She has vegan snacks and non vegan. They are separated left side dehydrated and right side freeze dried. Labels let you know which items are vegan and non vegan. I definitely recommend! I'm not vegan but I do enjoy the snacks as a healthy alternative to my diet. We ate all the freeze dried pears and freeze dried coconut icecream before we even reach home, haha. So addicting! My boyfriend enjoy the dehydrated eggplant pizza crunch. I LOVE the portabella cheese crunch. CHEESE IS VEGAN MADE FROM CASHEW. IT TASTES LIKE CHEESE ITS! We also got freeze dried mochi strawberry non vegan, freeze dried yellow watermelon crunch, freeze dried green plumcots ( plum & apricot mix that tastes like pink starbursts), and freeze dried salted caramel cashew cream. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Even if you don't go crazy over buying like me. Just get two bags of something. You won't regret it! You can sample before you commit to purchase. That helps! We bought everything we sampled. Haha.

This shop was on my to go to! My friend initially told me about it and showed my some pics and I saved what things I wanted to try. Yes they give samples! I love places that give you samples allowing you to avoid making those expensive mistakes! I didn't realize that I met the owner before, it turns out she started off at farmer markets. It's so refreshing to see how passionate she is about proving organic vegan treats! I never tried vegan cheese and here cheese was off the hook! I had to buy both spicy and non spicy! I couldn't tell which one I like more. Here veggies and sweets were definitely hard to narrow down, but since I have more of a sweet tooth, I purchased the ice cream sandwiches So bomb! I am coming back with the family to pick out some more!

Just what vegas was in need of!! A local store with raw vegan snacks. The freeze dried blueberries are addicting. You can eat them like popcorn The vegan spicy cheese was so creamy and smooth, not too spicy. We had it with pineapple habanero flax seed crackers. We ate the entire thing in one sitting! The dehydrated portobellos, the item we came in search of after having purchased from a her at a farmers market, we delicious as always! And we tried the eggplant pizza were were also good dipped in the vegan spicy cheese. Happy Joie is here and part of our community. Looking forward to trying mire if her creations!
