I was astonished to discover they ONLY offer almond milk in their smoothies under the laughable pretense that it's 'healthier.'
Have these self-appointed nutrition experts actually investigated the cocktail of stabilizers, thickeners, and artificial additives lurking in commercial almond milk?
Or how about the devastating environmental impact of almond farming's excessive water consumption?
Let's be honest about what's really happening here—they've conveniently eliminated the cheaper dairy option so they can upcharge for this trendy 'wellness' ingredient while patting themselves on the back for being so health-conscious.
The irony of pushing this processed alternative while smugly denying customers simple, minimally processed dairy options speaks volumes about their hollow commitment to 'health.'
Either offer both options or stop pretending your establishment has any genuine understanding of nutrition beyond what boosts your profit margins.
This performative wellness posturing isn't just annoying—it's intellectually dishonest and transparently greedy.
Good fruity vibes
I’m surprised this place has only one review. I’m so happy we tried it the first day of our stay at Red Rock hotel because we’ve been drinking their smoothies daily or even sometimes twice a day since then! They are super healthy and some of them come with a nice protein boost. My favorite is Coconutter Butter. Staff is super friendly :) Highly recommend!
Almost everything on the menu is vegan, and what isn't can easily be made vegan. They have a number of juices, smoothies, and milkshakes with plant based protein options (either Pea or Epic protein powders) and plant based milks/ice creams. I had the coffee chocolate chip shake with added protein and it was delicious. Strong coffee and chocolate flavors. A tiny bit grainy, but not too bad. The only downside is they don't have calories or nutrition facts listed
This was a pleasant surprise we stumbled across when visiting the Red Rock casino my wife has been exploring more Vegan options and has a milk allergy she was very happy with the selection of drinks and snacks they have every thing was organic she decided on the triple chocolate chip smoothie and sucked it up before we got out the parking lot the gentlemen working there was pleasant and new a lot about the product I highly recommend this place and we will be back
this place is a joke. the employees arre dressed like carrots, the smoothies are watery. the bottle juices are 19$ dollars i took one sip and got sick with diahrea. the acai bowl was 23$ when i added bee pollen. the manager with the hipster glasses that looks like lena dunham refused to give me a refund- i got some wheat grass and orange juice and it was $17 dollars. Rip off@ not cold pressed- bottled from tropicana cans. false avertising- i reccomend the coffee bean next store for a smoothie NEVER again juice Box Farm!
I wanted to try the Coffee, Chocolate Chip smoothie, but they were out of their cold-brewed coffee. So, I enjoyed the coffee-free version instead, the Chocolate, Chocolate Chip smoothie. None of the menu items contain dairy products. A few items contain honey, for what would otherwise be an entirely vegan menu. The smoothies are made mostly from whole-food ingredients, but some also contain vegan ice cream, sea salt, or hemp protein. This place is located near the hotel lobby, so it is not visible or advertised from the main areas of the resort. It is for takeout only, with no seating area. Food selection is limited to pre-packaged oatmeal, fruit salad, and snacks. Updated from previous review on 2022-06-23

It's nice to have an option for smoothies and cold pressed juice in the lobby of the Palazzo. The smoothies and juice were both basically fine. But this store has ridiculously limited hours. I rarely found them open, and this was frustrating. The Palazzo should take a look at tis.
Waited over an hour for a smoothie that had 0 taste. It was a complete joke. If you see more than 5 people in line RUN! You will be late for whatever meeting or event you are headed to and it simply isn't worth it. Several people just left their smoothies that they had paid for because their conference was starting.
