Unfortunately, my experience here was quite disappointing. The food took almost an hour to arrive, and the first order was incorrect. When I tried to address the issue, the waiter was impolite and dismissive. I expected better service from a place like this.

Great service and food options.
Lines look long but they move pretty quickly. They have an inside bar with TV screens. Veronica and caser were our servers and both were great. Despite how busy they were they consistently checked up on us.
You don’t have to wait in line to grab cakes.
Eggs Benedict was cooked well, eggs was perfectly poached. Portions are big so may want to think about sharing. Great location to grab grub.

What a huge disappointment! The cheesecake was dry and hard. It's not at all like the cheesecake you get at their Flagstaff location or any other in NYC. Our server told us that the cheesecake isn't made on location. It's shipped from the NJ factory. Obviously that's a problem. The taste & texture is missing. Very disappointing!

We walked down to Junior's to sample a different version of their cheesecakes. Previously we tried the carrot cake and red velvet cake, which both seemed to be just ok. Tonight we tried the carrot-cake cheescake, and it was a BIG miss. The expiration date was 3 days away but somehow it still seemed half stale. Cheesecake should be creamy, but our slice was crumbling apart. I am a cheesecake lover and carrot cake lover also, so I know good from bad. We randomly try different places to see how they stack up. Cheesecake Factory has some of the better options and better quality than most places. Since Junior's is a tad bit pricier than Cheescake Factory, one would think the quality and overall taste would be better or comparable. I'm sorry to say, it's not even close. We've tried Junior's in other locations and it seemed to be decent, but this Resorts World location just does not ever seem to have good quality desserts. In baseball terms, three strikes and your out, but in my terms Junior's has struck out after two strikes. I'm done.

Juniors is the only restaurant in all of Resorts world that is open till 11pm. Other than that they have the donut place. One would think a new resort should have something open after 10pm.

Anyways food was just ok and service is always slow but fine. Prices are decent for the strip.

I always have breakfast at Juniors and each and every time it’s wonderful. The food is great! But what’s even better is the staff, manager Anthony, hostess Sam, and servers Vienna and Colleen are the warmest, nicest EVER! Everyone is happy to serve with a smile, and warmth! Thank you all! For anyone who tells you genuine customer service is dead..ask for Thomas at Juniors inside Resorts World. He is a bundle of energy and service, as well as being helpful and very knowledgeable about his menu. Nothing is too much trouble. Quite frankly he is a true ambassador of this resort.
