Letty was amazing. She really took her time to explain the menu and was very thorough. Thank you to the staff also that we saw that assisted as well. We shared the Reuben and the classic cheesecake with cherry topping. 5 stars all the way.

Our visit was centered around ordering a 10" cheesecake, and we were surprised to discover that the New York flagship ships their cakes here frozen. Undeterred, we decided to showcase the traditional cheesecake decorated with macadamia crunch and a topping of strawberries compote. Gabriel, our initial point of contact, displayed remarkable accommodation by promptly involving a manager named Mindy to address our desire for an authentic New York-style cheesecake.
Gabriel's swift actions and dedication to customer satisfaction was exceptional. The end result was a truly fantastic replication of the quintessential NY-style cheesecake, leaving us as delighted customers. Kudos to Gabriel for his role in ensuring a memorable and satisfying experience.

When we arrived we thought it was very nice, then they moved us to a table, for two, it was my husband and I, where the chairs were completely wet, we waited for a long time looking for someone to relocate us, no one appeared, and we sat at another place, from there we waited and waited, until the girl at the entrance (Claudia) appeared to tell us “This is not your table” with a rather annoying attitude, to which I explained what had happened and then the girl who told us had brought to the table, Mary Ann, with the same rude attitude, did not even respond to what was explained to her, then Miss CLAUDIA, (the truth is she should not work with the public) rudely replied that that area was not ours and that NO WAY DID IT. , IT IS DONE, and left us with nothing to say. In addition to that, they served everyone around us, who arrived after us, and after more than 30 minutes they sent us a waitress, I think she was from Thailand, Super friendly, and finally took our order. In reality, I left that place very disappointed, thanks to Miss CLAUDIA, she really was extremely disrespectful to us. For the rest, I think the food is not a big deal for what it costs, it is X, rather very expensive for what it is. If you ask me, I would not recommend the place, for the service, quality-price, they are not up to par.
Man, and I really don't like leaving these types of opinions, but I couldn't let it go. I hope they can improve, because the place is very nice and well located,

Terrible organization and rude seating hosts. We visited Juniors during the SEMA exhibition. While there was a long line waiting to be seated, the majority of tables in the left half of the restaurant were left vacant. This is one of the biggest (returning) exhibitions of the city, yet restaurant management obviously seems overwhelmed and incapable of hiring enough staff to offer maximum capacity thus reducing the queue and waiting time for guests. Definitely do not recommend this place especially during exhibition days.

I had the Beef Goulash, and I wish it had more sauce. The meat was tough to chew, but the noodles and sauce were excellent! If you order the beef goulash, I would recommend asking for extra sauce because I did after it came out and it made it even better!

Corporate needs to come by and see how bad this place is. No quality control. Manager must be replaced.

Food is mediocre at best. Hot turkey sandwich was cold, gravy gross. Fries came out cold. Cobb salad not great! Bill was $78 for these 2 meals and neither one was very good and we left most on our plates. Would not go back!

The hostesses set the stage for the low rating. Discourteous to say the least. Bossy and not helpfull.

The food wasn't bad. It is very noisy, not relaxing.

Got the Lumberjack, and it just lacked flavor. Bacon was overly chewy - like it had been sitting there for awhile. Eggs were cooked well. The pancakes weren't cooked through and the batter was overly dry. My companions seemed to enjoy their meals, but I wouldn't go back.

I'm SOOOOOO happy they have a juniors on the west coast!!!! I always go to juniors when I touch down in new york! So I'm ecstatic they have one in Vegas!!

My husband has never had juniors and I had to get him a piece of red velvet cheesecake and he says it's the best cheesecake he's ever had. Can't wait to try the other flavors!

10 stars for Juniors!!!
