I swear this place is sooo good! Whenever we visit vegas from Hawaii, we go here to get our fix for filipinos snacks, pastries, and the pancit malabon, palabok, and pancit canton! The pastries and candy is so delicious too, especially the halo-halo!
Kakanin Filipino and Pastry is amazing! They make their own kakanin! The cassava cake was my favorite, and it really satisfied my craving for filipino treats! They also serve warm foods like Pancit Malabon, bulalo, and Beef tapa. Super friendly staff too. Definitely five stars!
It was because of the reviews that I came here for the first time. It was not, however, what I had anticipated. To be honest, I was quite let down. The meal was average: 5/10: Halo-halo: I wouldn't eat this dessert again. It was devoid of the standard kidney beans, coconut strips, kaong (sugar palm fruit), leche flan, and sweetened kidney beans.
