Amazing place! The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was fast and friendly, and the staff made us feel really welcome. The atmosphere is incredible — relaxing, clean, and perfect for enjoying time by the beach. Highly recommend Kassi Beach for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Stopped in Kassi a couple of times since a business conference I attended was held at the Virgin Hotel. The pasta and pizza are delicious and servers we’ve had have all been incredible. On both visits, we experienced friction with different hostesses as we walked in. On the first occasion, two hostesses were chatting amongst themselves and made the contact with us as we stood at the check-in counter. They continued their conversation for 30 more seconds as we stood there waiting to be acknowledged, when we finally interjected they seemed irritated that we interrupted their conversation. On our second visit, a different hostess avoided eye contact with us the entire time and didn’t greet us. She seemed to have high anxiety and appeared uncomfortable. Both instances were such a bizarre first impression of the restaurant to have people customer-facing that shouldn’t be customer-facing.

Charming venue with an open kitchen. Food was all very good, and if you like BREAD . . . It was some of the freshest and savory I have ever had!

I usually eat here a few times during the week of SEMA. This place has some amazing appetizers and drinks to get you started. Then the main course meals are awesome. I have had a few different things, but I think the spaghetti and meatballs are my favorite food there.

Must go! Just had brunch, had the ricotta pancakes which were amazing. Jeffrey is a King, and took care of us! The whole staff, from walking in to when we left were so nice and personable. My father and I appreciate the service, food, and atmosphere. If you’re in the area or staying at Virgin, you need to make it here.

*update* 11/03/25: Came back for lunch. Ariana was great helping us! She suggested the Vodka with chicken and it blew my mind! Actually the whole table tried some and wow… We’re all convinced we need to return. Don’t sleep on this place!!

First meal we had in Vegas and it did not disappoint. Our server Tevin was helpful, efficient and friendly. The food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. Hands down some of the best Italian I've had. Tevin's suggestions were great and he was just an awesome person and server.

If you’re familiar with Elephante this restaurant decor and menu is super similar. All the food was phenomenal, the only qualm we had was they made us wait 30 mins after our booked reservation time to be seated. They also did not have anywhere on the reservation site (or give me a call) letting you know that larger groups will have to commit to a family style menu / hit a table minimum or you can be seated split apart which we opted for since I have dietary restrictions and didn’t want the entire party to have to eat gluten free. Other than that the food was worth the price and the ambiance was great

While the food and atmosphere were amazing, our server (Amaya) didn’t know the answers to basic questions, and when you asked said questions, she responded back with an attitude. For the price we’re paying, and tipping, I expect kindness.

It was my first time at this spot, and the food and drinks were a solid 10/10. My wife booked a reservation ahead of time, and when we got there, we got to choose where to sit by the pool. We went with two daybeds, and all we had to do was spend $50 on food and drinks. Definitely will be coming back!!

I visited Kassi Beach House for brunch with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the hype. While the decor is beautiful, the loud music made it difficult to enjoy a conversation or relax.
The food and pricing were the biggest letdowns. The Avocado Toast, a dish that's hard to mess up, was done poorly here. The ratio of ingredients was completely off, with a minuscule amount of avocado overshadowed by a mountain of pickled vegetables on thick, heavy toast. For a $23 plate, the quality simply wasn't there.
Drinks were also shockingly expensive. At about $17 for a single mimosa, it's hard to justify when so many other Las Vegas spots offer bottomless options at a lower price (literally next door). Service felt impersonal, with our waitress's main goal seeming to be upselling us on more drinks and pushing dessert far too early.
Overall, Kassi Beach House has a great concept, but the execution of its food, pricing, and service for brunch needs significant improvement to match the positive reviews.

PS ask for a steak knife with the toast, they only give you a butter knife which is next to impossible to cut with
