Had a reservation for 7 pm on a Sunday night for my birthday dinner. We were seated right away at about 7:05. My party ordered drinks and unfortunately the waitress spilled a slush drink over one of my friends pants- no towel was offered so she could clean herself up. We ordered our food at 7:20 and the entrees did not arrive at our table until 8:15. Everyone's food arrived except for mine- I waited another ten mins and had to tell one of the others servers to let our waitress know that my food never came. She came about 5/10 mins after that and offered dessert but we declined. I also declined to having my entree re ordered bc by that time everyone was already finished eating. Also we were double charged for an extra entree and didn't notice on the bill until after we left. I was so excited to try this place for my birthday bc of the whole vibe and food but was very disappointed.

Very cute place but very very disappointed with the whole experience.. first the waitress brought then drinks out and spilled one on the table and my legs and didn't even offer a towel . Food took forever to come out . Received burnt pizza and the BIRTHDAY GIRLS order never showed up .. got a separate bill for my order and was charged on my bill plus our group bill had my order on it too. For the way it's showed to be I'm beyond disappointed

I came here for brunch and, while the atmosphere is beautiful, I was disappointed that there was not a single vegan entree on the menu aside from a lame avocado toast (which is really the only vegan brunch item on every other restaurant's menu in Vegas, so I was tired of having to order that every single day of my trip and was hoping Kassi Beach House would have a different offering). I find it surprising that for a place that caters to tourists as much as Vegas does, they really are not at all accommodating to dietary restrictions at most restaurants. I can't give this place more than two stars because of that lack of inclusivity on their menu. It's such a shame that restaurants still haven't learned how to keep up with the times!

Kassi beach house has one of the best ambiance's I've experience in a while! There is nothing like poolside dining with an outdoor patio, sipping on a drink and eating brunch with friends while good music and a breeze liven up the atmosphere. We were seated outside, which as I was being led to the table, I was bummed I didn't get to sit inside as we passed by so many great tables and a great vibe, because usually the patio dining is not as good of a vibe as inside..... but as we transitioned to outdoors, I was only more impressed. I really could get used to the outdoor dining options in Vegas if they're all anything like this. it felt like we had a private table to ourselves because of the greenery around us, and I had such a great view of the pool area. I really want to come back during pool season to see if the vibe changes when people fill the pool, because I kind of loved how serene it was, but could see it becoming super fun! The food was also a huge win. I ordered the ricotta pancakes and matcha latte, and my friend ordered the avocado toast. I wish they had chosen a more ripe banana, as it had that green banana taste and mouth feel which I don't prefer, and was a little too sour for the rest of the caramelized sweetness of the rest of the dish, but I know it's hard to time banana selection lol. Everything else about it was so memorable- I want to go and get another order. The matcha was also a success, and I'm picky about my matchas! I will definitely be bringing friends visiting from out of town here just to get such a different vibe from what I expected with a casino restaurant! This is my brunch go-to now!

This place is a vibe, laid back and perfect for our girl's Sunday brunch! We chose to sit outside which turned out to be a private little cabana style area with couch, table, fan, and tv with a perfect view of the pool. The food and drinks were delicious! And the server was so nice and helpful! Will definitely put this in regular rotation for our brunches!

Super tasty pastas!! Fun and lively ambiance. My favorite dish is the a la vodka pasta - the best I've had in Vegas!

I always enjoy my time when I come here. The food is a tad pricey but worth every penny! The ambiance is always really chill, with comfortable seating and prompt service every time. I have always come when seating is readily available, but I can imagine how packed it gets here during peak times!

We came here for dinner on Sunday night, the interior is so cute!! This would be such a fun place to come when the weather is warmer and you can sit outside. It really feels like you have been transported to a tropical location. They have a fun screen at the entrance where you can take some videos of yourself. We ordered the vodka pasta, tuna crudo ( not worth it ), beet salad, octopus ( dry and too hard ), branzino, salmon, calamari, 2 espresso martinis, margarita, BJ shot, and mocktail. My favorites were the vodka pasta, branzino ( super well cooked so moist and crispy skin), salmon, calamari, and beet salad. The tuna crudo came with 5 small pieces of tuna and the tuna just was not that great. The octopus was overcooked and hard. Portions are small so even though we ordered 7 dishes it was just about enough food for 4 people. The prices here are less than off strip, but still a little bit more than average. I think this is a fun place to come with friends and to enjoy the ambiance! They comped us a tiramisu for our friends bday. Total was $372 after tax and tip. I will definitely be back to check out their brunch menu.

This was the perfect chill vibe to stop in for snacks and a glass of wine in the afternoon. Their interior is beautiful and all the food we tried was great. It's perfect for ordering a few things and sharing with friends.

An absolute treat and worth staying at the Virgin for a night or two just to be close. The brunch outside is shaded and has a great view of their beach pool. We started with the puccia bread and whipped ricotta and honey dip. It's the perfect blend of savory with a touch of sweet. Also a very fair price considering the location. If fresh warm bread dipped in cool and smooth cheese is your thing, then this is the perfect appetizer. I ordered the chopped salad and added steak. The filet was seasoned very well (with the maldon salt of the gods) and nicely tender. Again a fair price all things considered. The salad is not to be scoffed at even by if it sounds less exciting than other menu items. With pesto and Parmesan, it has so much rich flavor and various veggies give a lovely crunchy texture. Couple that with great drinks and upbeat service, this is the best brunch I have had in Vegas.

While the decor and the name of this restaurant scream Italian food (both sound more beach type, maybe seafood type place), this restaurant has an emphasis on pizza and other Italian favorites and was an overall good experience. I will say that our service was definitely not a high point. In fact, to even call it mediocre would be to give it a higher grade than it deserved, but I hope this was an exception rather than the rule. We started out splitting a few appetizers. We had both the calamari and the mozzarella sticks and both were good. Let me say, the calamari was amazing.the mozzarella sticks were very good, but again, the calamari was amazing. For my main course, I had the bolognese and it was also very good. I would have liked some bread to have gone with my bolognese, but it was not offered, nor was it on the menu. So, while there were a few missteps, the meal was an overall good meal. I would definitely recommend here. I just hope that the service we had was an anomaly.

Shannon is great always taking care of us! Kassi beach is where my friends and I spend every summer and every birthday we love it here.

If you're looking for a place to have a little get together with the girls, group of friends, or whoever, then you'd want to check Kassi Beach House out. My sister's and I made a reservation for Easter Sunday and it seemed like an overall quiet night at the Virgin Hotel. The service was okay. The restaurant wasn't as busy however our server looked like she was stuck with the large parties so she didn't really come to our table as much to check on us. Food was great. We started off with some calamari and salad. For our main dish, we each chose an entree to share. I got the rotisserie chicken and my sisters got the mushroom carbonara and vodka pasta. For the price we paid, I would say it is worth the visit.
