Place closes at 10:30pm I’m ordering through the drive through at 8:50 tells me after I paid that they don’t have anymore original. Now I’m either forced to take crispy or wait a few days for my refund. Funny how they charge you first and tell you later.

I don’t understand why people who work in a customer service type job are so rude! I don’t expect a ton from the employees just take my order and be somewhat polite, but apparently that’s too much to ask for nowadays. I went through the drive-through on August 27 at 7:45. I was placing my order, but part of my order was not available for 20 minutes so I changed my order. To which the young man rudely replied are you serious? I almost drove off but I still love that chicken. However, customer service has declined rapidly. It’s on the floor. We’re stepping on it now… I’ll never eat here again at this location, but I still love KFC

Don't Go. Driest Chicken ever! Tried to give me 3 thighs instead of 2 chicken breast in 8 pieces family meal. They smiled and gave me a old dry chicken breast that should have been thrown away. Call manager Joey. He hung up. Didn't care.

If I could give this place negative stars I definitely would. HORRIBLE!! The coleslaw tasted Spoiled, it was watery, runny, and had a horrible smell. Chicken was just thrown into the bag along with my sides, The gravy burst open in the bag spilled everywhere on my passenger seat. I specifically asked for Napkins, butter, and honey however we were given none of that. Customer service here is below despicable usually when a customer says thank you the response is you’re welcome. The person at the drive-through window could barely be pulled away from his telephone.

Could barely hear the person speaking at the speaker, dude needs to speak up and talk like a regular person. Also asked for honey and butter after getting my card back and he walked off without saying anything😂😂 won’t be coming back here, customer service isn’t hard just do your job right.

Ordered via the Drive Thru on 12-15-24 @330pm.

My order was simple.
Large pepsi.
Large french fries.

Got to the window. Paid. And, woman at the window said "we are making a fresh batch of fries".

She handed me my soda pop and asked me to park in the front. She said "will be out in 3 minutes". I parked.

In 3.5 min a gentleman walked out and handed me the remainder of my order.

I got home, shortly, and discovered i rec'd a container of half cold chewy fries, and the rest were hot.

KFC, why the heck would you do this?!

I would like an answer.

The most unfriendliest, most miserable, and non caring staff in any place I have ever been to. I've bought here only a total of 2 times since the first experience was horrible. I tried again, and they just got worse. It's an experience that leaves a bad taste in your mouth and ruins the food. I would go to a farther location next time than deal with this branch. or go to the popeyes across the street.

Consistently the way this restaurant is ran (especially @ night), I have had poor quality in the food, the service, and time management. The employees seem to never have food prepped and by the time it’s served the ingredients weren’t even done correctly. Gravy is watery and poorly seasoned, buckets can’t be fulfilled and are usually “improvised” with substitutions that don’t equate…idk who is running this store but it really needs a morale check and hopefully we can get some people in here to provide guests with an experience that is worth the money. I understand that things run out when they’re busy, but not every time I seem to order something from this location. In this economy it is a privelage to have a job and if you expect the paycheck make sure you’re doing a good job!

The employees are making their own rules. It’s 8 o’clock and they closed half the dinning room for no reason. Also super slow and rude. The floor is sticky and dirty. I’ll never go back at this.
