About Ramen KoBo

Ramen KoBo is a popular restaurant known for consistently good food and fast, friendly service. The menu offers a variety of options, with the shoyu chicken ramen, birria ramen, and Tonkatsu being particularly delicious. The pork broth is a standout, with some customers traveling specifically to taste it. The noodles are handmade at the shop and have a good consistency. Customers often enjoy the flavorful broth, especially when it has a bit of spice, as in the tonkotsu ramen with hot level spice. Toppings are generally good, although some, like bamboo, can be tough. For spice lovers, the death tsukemen, a very spicy Carolina reaper chili broth ramen, is available but extremely spicy and requires signing a waiver. The restaurant is child-friendly, with staff who are nice to regular customers. The staff greets guests warmly and offers seating at either tables or the bar. Many visitors praise the savory and delicious food, especially the soft chashu pork. While the menu is rich, some guests wish there was a small sushi selection, such as crispy tuna roll or a few signature rolls. Overall, Ramen KoBo is a great place to explore many delicious and unique options.

hands down one of my favorites 😍
Ramen kobo is always very consistent with their food being delicious and having good service. The regular ramens are great and it’s always fun trying their seasonal dishes
Ramen Kobo hit the spot! I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, added extra chashu and a soft boiled egg. I need alot of protein 😆

They also have a Protein Ramen, I definitely want to try it next time.

The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles had a nice bite, and the chashu was tender. I also love that any ramen can be made spicy. I went with medium and it gave the broth a good kick without taking over the flavor.

Definitely a solid bowl of ramen and I’d...read full review
