I'm a delivery driver who spent an hour in the drive-thru line, unable to escape. I had to use the drive-thru because their lobby was closed. When I finally got to the window after an hour, they told me my order still wasn't ready and had me go park to wait for it. While I waited another ten minutes, two of the cars that were behind me pulled up to the window, got their food, and left. I gave up and left too. Mind you, this was for an order that was placed BEFORE I even got to the restaurant. It should have been worked on BEFORE I even got there, yet I had to spend an hour in the drive-thru line only to be told it STILL wasn't ready. This is just inexcusable. I will never again return to this or any other KFCs.Oh, and while I was there, another customer ahead of me who had just been serviced got out of his car, walked up to the drive-thru window to berate the workers and demand his money back. This place really is ridiculous, and I can't believe people keep coming here to have their time wasted like this.

The fries and soda were great. Chicken breast- yuck.Asked for 2 honeys and 2 ketchup. Received 5 honeys and 6 ketchup packets. Your inventory is going out the window and in the trash. I know how many condiments I need, which is why I said at the window 2 honey packets and 2 ketchup. The biscuit was gummy. First time having the fries and they were surprisingly delicious. The wedges used to be a great treat.

I used to like KFC years ago but now they screwed up their original recipe the Colonel Sanders way. Their fried chicken is soggy, greasy, and salty as hell to eat. I say skip them and head over to a Popeyes for a chicken sandwich.

I haven't been to KFC in about 8 years and found the food to be horrible. Totally not like I remember it to be. The coating on the tiny little piece of chicken was so heavy it was falling off and the chicken didn't seem totally cooked. The mac and cheese tasted like soggy noodles with cream. There was no cheese flavor. The orange Fanta pop tasted like syrup water. They forgot the dessert that was ordered. The only thing that was good about it is the customer service was very good and the biscuit was good.

Charlene was really great! There was a mistake with my drive through order. I asked for mashed potatoes, but instead I got cole slaw. She was really helpful and got me what I needed. I could hear 2 guys fighting about my order in the background which was awkward, but she really diffused the situation well. Her customer service was really great. This KFC makes a lot of mistakes, but everyone tries to go above and beyond to correct it.

I'm calling the owner to report the horrendous customer service I just received. I drive thru and asked for a kids meal. The guy says"We don't have no kids meal m'am. Have a good day!" ???? I say Hello?? uh trying to order something else. I say "Can I get a chicken leg?" He says "How many pieces?" ..... How many pieces you want? Only one?!" I say one. Then I come to pay and there's mashed potatoes smeared on my bag. I say there's mashed potatoes all over my bag. Can I get a napkin? As I drive away he says "Ehhhhh!" Like I'm a disgusting person. Plus he gave me NO receipt. So I park, go inside and ask for this same person for the manager and he says he's the manager. I ask for my receipt and tell him the customer service he gave me was unbelievable and I'm going to report it to the owner. So basically the owner needs to know the truth of the treatment their customers, who are spending their hard earned cash, are receiving!

They didn’t close the gravy containers and they poured out filling my bag and my front seat in my car! Thanks so much for that. Once I got it home the chicken was completely awful… never going there again.

We ordered from here through Uber Eats and it was the worst experience ordering delivery we’ve had. First the food was not in a sealed bag so I have no idea if the driver took some of the food for himself. The drinks came with one of their lids off. Then I ordered a meal with chicken sandwiches and mashed potatoes and the bread was stale, it included pickles which I asked not to be included, and it was missing the side of mashed potatoes. And my partner got a meal with fries and they came cold like they had been sitting out a long time.

This Kfc they don't sell chicken they sell air. every time went to buy chicken they asked me if I can wait 17 minutes? Fast food 17 minutes it takes longer than high end restaurant
Worst food ever! We picked up two chicken sandwiches after seeing all of the TV advertising. First, this is not breast meat! It looked like they threw an old piece of thigh meat on a tiny bun with mayo and some pickles. The meat was so so tough with no seasoning. Ended up taking a bite and throwing everything out. I can't stand to even see the commercial now. Gross.

Cool stuff very clean restaurant nostalgic located close to Red Rock canyon and Red Rock casino with the great view of Red Rock canyon. The round table with the unique chandelier of a bucket of chicken was pretty cool
