Advised manager my sandwich was spicy... Instead of just apologizing and offering to make me a new one...he proceeded to argue with me. I go there every two weeks and never got the wrong sandwich. Oh and by the way the person who made my sandwich today was a new employee who manager was training. I even heard him ask her.."do you remember how to make the sandwich, it's the same as the other one just not spicy"
Ishmael is AWESOME!!! Just so customer friendly with how he helped my husband. He is so under staffed (just 2 people working) and they were out of biscuits and types of chicken and he just crushed it. Stayed composed, kind, even though customers were angry-he was managing the best he could. This is the type of person I would hire for my own business, so Ishmael-if you read this-your awesome and can get a job anywhere and only go up in terms of your career-God Bless!
