Service was fast, food was okay
I go to this restaurant quite a bit for my neighbor and sometimes for myself.
Half the time the order is INCORRECT.
If I order online ahead of time I ALWAYS get over-cooked, dry, tiny pieces of chicken with no flavor. The REALLY sad part is,the order may be INCORRECT AND TASTELESS! I wish I were kidding but it's like they do it on purpose. If I go into the restaurant and order, my order is correct, hot, fresh and juicy.

Is it really 2 much 2 ask 2 get what you pay for? This is like the the 4th time I've got the $10 Tuesday bucket with 8 pieces of chicken & they give me more drumsticks than they do thighs. Not that complicated four of each

KFC is a reliable spot for a satisfying meal. The dining areas are kept clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The kitchen staff impressively handles high-pressure situations. The chicken is juicy, and the biscuits are a highlight for some customers. However, some may not enjoy the pickles added to certain sandwiches. While service can be slow on busy evenings, the food is generally fine. This KFC location is conveniently located near home, making it a popular choice for some. The cashier had my order ready for pickup but seemed to not understand the name for the order and had me waiting for like 10 minutes, until someone else asked me, and finally gave me my order which was in front of me the whole time. The customer received the incorrect order and the employee had an attitude when attempting to correct it. The customer always has the 3-piece big box. with mashed potatoes coleslaw and three thighs. Sometimes they asked for extra gravy to dip their chicken in. It might be approached by harmless homeless people.
