had a very disappointing experience at this donut store today. The person serving customers, Alexis, was rude and unprofessional. Not only was my order taken incorrectly, but when I pointed it out, the response and overall attitude were disrespectful. Customers deserve polite service and accuracy, especially in a food place. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the experience for everyone.

Krispy Kreme donuts are always good, but I do have to say the costumer service is horrible. The woman work tonight was rude and very inpatient, I know it is late but it’s your job if you can’t handle it then don’t do it. Way unprofessional, also everything that was labeled in the donut case wasn’t what is being served.

Went to this location on my way to WWWY festival. Worker was extremely rude when I asked her if any of the coffees could be made sugar free (they don't). I wanted a mocha but they were all out of chocolate so I ordered a caramel. It tasted like absolute garbage. Not even like coffee at all. I ended up throwing the entire thing away. Would never give this location another chance. Do better.
