We ordered, and then when they provided us our doughnuts, they were completely different from what we ordered. When we let them know, they said they were out of the doughnuts we wanted. So, instead of asking what we wanted, they just picked whatever. Who does that?
The donuts here are good. I went and got a frozen blended caramel latte. The first time it was really good which got me excited because I really enjoyed. So , I went back two days later. It was a disappointment ? the blended caramel latte was so bland and it was not made like the picture. I asked for the whip cream on top. It was also super bland. I'd say, this place is a solid 4 stars... The donuts are consistent and the service is friendly. Didn't feel rushed to pick out different flavors. My only complaint is the cleanliness. I brought my kid in for her to "experience" the viewing area of donuts being made but man, that place was so dirty that I didn't want her touching anything & the floor was sooo sticky, we used rain puddles outside to wash the bottom of our shoes off haha like, the floor was comically sticky.
