I absolutely love this place coming from the south this is my favorite piece of chicken by far when it comes to chains but when it comes to customer service this place bites especially the Hispanic lady she is always rude I have sent people over there and she has been nothing but unkind even if she's you're ready to purchase something and she feels like she wants to go on her break she will tell you I'll be on my break and I'll be back in 10 or 20 or 30 minutes it's really unprofessional yet the black gentleman that works there is always warm kind ready with a smile he knows everybody and he even takes the time to learn your order and ask you if you're going to have the same thing if you can just get another employee like him you guys would really be doing good in that spot but the Hispanic lady she is absolutely mean and rude and this is the second time I had to encounter her being like this someone needs to let her go and get somebody else in there

I was wanting some fried chicken, and googled and came across this one. 4 piece with 1 side and a biscuit. They don't have chicken breasts WHAT??? Isn't half a chicken a leg, thigh, breast & wing? I gave Food 3-stars because the chicken wasn't awful, too salty but not awful. The red beans and rice were awful, the rice nearly broke a tooth, and I threw it away. This place was a fail for me.

I came in and was greeted by the manger Brian his spirit and customer service was amazing he was very informative of the menu I also was serviced by Amanda who also had great customer service they made sure the food was fresh this is the best location to come for great customer service and fresh food thank you

Oil needs to be changed. I could taste the oldness of it on the chicken. But the price is awesome. The chicken is usually good.legs, wings and thighs only. They do have a chicken sandwich which is Delicous and they have sides.
It is basically a take out but you can eat there standing room only.

I decided to try a new chicken place on Uber Eats, so I randomly chose this place. It is literally the BEST chicken in Las Vegas and is apparently located in a gas station, so I would have never known. Such a happy accident. I will always be ordering from Krispy Krunchy Chicken whenever we are craving some fried chicken. FYI, It is Cajun style so is a bit spicy for those who are sensitive to that. Overall, Highly recommend!

The chicken was very inconsistent, some pieces were fresh, others had old insides and breading so hard you couldnt chew through. Overall the chicken was not seasoned. It taste as if this location was doing there own spin on the recipe. The mac n cheese was also lacking. I frequent a few other locations here in the valley and have never had this issue. Will not be back to this location.

I really enjoy this Cajun flavored fried chicken. This one is inside the Arco gas station. I pulled up with a friend and told her let's go in for some chicken. She was very hesitant, almost in tears, because she couldn't imagine eating food from a gas station. The staff is usually friendly but there are one or two who could use a smile booster shot. I always enjoy the food. The chicken is always hot and tasty and my friend enjoyed it.
