L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

I ordered through Grubhub and received horribly old food. I ordered Lau Lau and Pork. It was very hard and dry. It had a horrible sour taste. Tried to call the restaurant and they did not pick up the phone. This is not Aloha. This is not Hawaiian style.

Super upset and rude service and turned away 20 min prior to close time .

Came to eat on 2/17/25 @7:10 pm and their doors were already closed , I pointed at my watch and they just shrugged shoulders I hope their boss know they are closing 20 min earlier then the time they have on the window horrible service took my business so the L & L on mission center , which is five min away and WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered the BBQ plate. The bbq chicken was very tender, and moist. The rice was good as well. The only thing was missing was more sauce! I was expecting a very sweet taste of bbq but the flavor was OK. I would eat here again but maybe try something else.

The customer service was great. The place was very clean by the way.

I work around the area and decided to order food from this L & L location for my Team Lunch. I tried calling several times and no one answered. I also left a voicemail withno call back. No worries I asked my co worker to go there and buy our food. Because it was a business lunch order, my co worker asked for the receipt and the worker said it was in the bag. When she got back to our office, the receipt was not in any of the bags. Boo, she tried calling to see if someone can text the receipt but no one answered.
We ordered the Dinner Family Pack BBQ Combo. It was a lot of food and it fed 8 of us. The food was good and we were all happy and full. The mac salad and Kalbi was a hit.

I will return and try other dishes they have.

The cashier and Aladdin (back cook) had great energy but first time coming in a lot of time I'm missing a scoop of rice and wasn't very impressed with the curry (watery). I want to give them another chance so I'll try another dish

Yesterday was my first time and now it won’t be my last time. I really enjoyed eating their food and they were so nice. I was so happy with their service. You make your plate. That’s the good part. The flavor of everything is another level. 5 stars is not enough.

Parking: Plenty of parking because other stores are closed.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy eating here, because they get to choose how to eat.
